I've been coming to this UPS store for the past three years, and I know the owner very well. Regardless of whether it's me or anyone else walking through those doors, he always extends a warm welcome and is ready to help. The customer service here is outstanding. This is the only post office I need to go to, as he ensures every shipment goes smoothly, whether it's through UPS or USPS. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for exceptional service and a friendly atmosphere.

Absolutely terrible experience! Please don't take any shipping needs here. They play this game where you have to use a specific box, packaged a certain way in order to return. When you ask questions, they belittle you and treat you like an idiot. Avoid at all costs!

Agree with other poster that said owner/manager is at the apex of not great. The employees have always been super good. Him, to put it flatly, he is quite simply rude. Now I go out of my way to the Arboles one where the people are nice. In kind I’m sure because they have not great reviews but my guess is that’s responding to customer rudeness because they’ve always been nice. Not sure what it is but Westlake and agoura both have rotten track records too. Someone suggested that the franchise situation may be horrible and they are in fact suffering. Asked about Amazon and they pay only 25¢ per returning package and that’s a bit more work for a quarter that most people would be happy doing. Still…

Most useless customer service. Dropped off package, was lost and when I go follow up (last place scanned) they send me down the road to a customer service center which then sends me back to this store because apparently it never left. Person there didn’t even bother looking around and blamed UPS driver. Just overall bad service, would not recommend working with this shop.

Very disappointed. Went there to purchase the bubble wrap listed in the photo. It was a tiny roll with much better prices on Amazon. I tried to return it at 5:10pm (20 mins) after purchase and it employee said no refunds per the receipt. I said that nowhere does it say no refunds for this item. He pointed to the NR warning about returns and I told him that it does not say that this item is designated NR and instead only warns that items with that designation are non returnable. Seems like pretty straight forward English grammar and sentence structure. He refused to accept the return / refund and would only do store credit. I feel this could have been handled differently because simple English grammar will tell you that the warning on the receipt does not say that. If an item is going to be considered the NR item maybe have it notated that way OR say no refunds since that’s pretty much what the employee said is the policy.
