We reached out to Stephen when the owner of our existing IT company unexpectedly passed away. We really had know idea what to do or what to expect. We thought we were good since everything was in the cloud. Far from it! Stephen stepped in during the transition and regained access to email accounts, which would have crippled our company. He is incredibly knowledgable and has a strong desire to do the right thing!

This IT Firm is hands-down the best I have worked with. Always available and responsive. They even come by the office and show face time WITHOUT being called for help.Always a live person, no automation, and will work on the problem until there is a solution.I would recommend Un1tee to anyone who has reservations about working with an IT company or is currently unhappy with theirs.

Our company has been working with Un1tee for a few months and it's been night and day compared to how we were doing things before. We get fast responses, there is great organization within the company when it comes to tickets, and if the issue is big enough it gets escalated quickly. Stephen is always there with suggestions for solutions or improvements. One of the biggest thing Un1teee's team has been assisting us with is the office/salesforce integration. We've had a few issues trying to do that in the past, and now we are able to fully utilize the CRM though our outlook. Our favorite thing about Un1teee is the drive to solve problems, we know that if (when, let's be real) we have an issue there will be people actively trying to fix it instead of reading support scripts.

I contacted Un1teee after unsuccessfully seeking web site repairs from several other companies. Ours was a small job, but Un1teee performed excellent work at a price that was significantly less than it's competitors sought. I certainly recommend this company.
