I recently visited this store and I had a really great experience!! Gillian helped me with all my product needs and was so easy and friendly to speak with. Often times the makeup/skincare world is overwhelming to me, but she helped me get just what I needed. Thanks Gillian!!

I recently visited the Ulta store and had an unfortunate experience with a cashier “Angelic” who was quite disrespectful and rushed me through my transaction while I was holding my dog and my child. This added unnecessary stress to an already challenging situation.
Additionally, when I called the manager to provide feedback, I felt my concerns were dismissed, as she seemed uninterested and spoke as if my experience did not matter.
I hope Ulta can use this feedback to better train their employees in customer service and empathy, ensuring that all customers feel valued and respected during their shopping experience.

There's always one girl there that's rude when it comes to customer service as if asking her a question bothers them so much. There are some really nice employees there but one of them always ruins my experience there. It's unfortunate because that's the closest ulta to me and to have to go there and everytime be treated by one of the employees differently than the rest is just sad.

Absolutely love seeing Mojdeh transform my hair, it's like magi! She consistently goes above and beyond, ensuring every detail is perfect. Her approach means my hair is always looking stunning, less breakage and more growth. She creates a fun environment where our conversations are always engaging and enjoyable. I just love what she did for me and so will you!

Got a hair cut and partial highlights by Mojdeh and let me tell you she is magic! From the moment I sat in her chair to the time I left the whole experience was a 10/10. She examined my hair, which had a terrible color job that left my hair with breakage and was able to determine the best possible route for me. I really appreciate the extra care she took to ensure I left with the color I wanted, and hair on my head. I'll definitely be booking with her again

I went into Ulta today like I always do and I went to go look at the truly beauty products like I always do. I saw an open truly beauty product, so obviously it was already open I decided to touch it because it was already basically ruined because it was open. This lady comes up to me and says in like an annoying voice like she knows everything truly beauty products actually don't have any testers if it were tester, it would have a sticker on it that says tester. I am not dumb. This is not my first rodeo. I don't know what her issue was. She had dark black hair and all this make up on. I'm not sure what her name was but it was really freaking fake of her to act that way, I'm not dumb. I know that truly beauty has never had tester product smartie.

So sad My partner and I drove 30 minutes to have lunch and an Ulta date and we were so disappointed by this store. My partner is just starting to experiment with makeup and the staff and physical environment did not provide a safe space for him to learn and explore. I see other reviews have already touched on the disorganization of the physical space, so what I can add is that the testers of most products we wanted to try were unavailable or extremely old (labels worn and products dry). Upon entering, we asked where the line of products we were interested in were and were escorted to them. The #1 product we were interested in did not have a tester so I notified the staff person, but they didn't seem happy to make a new tester for us. The #2 product we were interested in had a tester, but had such little product that I had to scrape the bottom of the tube. It was a pH color-changing product that didn't change color even after 10 minutes. I assume it's because the product was very old, but we didn't feel comfortable asking for another new tester. I'm confused reflecting on the customer service we received during the rest of our visit because staff are somewhat aggressive approaching you to offer help, but then are overtly unhappy, condescending, and rude to actually provide service. We stuck around to try other products since everything is still new to my partner in the makeup world. However, we regret it. My partner is a bit traumatized by how we were treated.

5 star lines were long I paid before pick up ! The girls there are amazing well organized and patient! I expected a mess and the store to have nothing but it was opposite they did an amazing job the manager leads an amazing team

I love Ulta the store but this experience was awful. Both beauty advisors and managers were rude, impatient, and unhelpful. This locations store was very unorganized. Very disappointed in this poor quality experience. Let's do better.

I come here pretty often i'd say. tonight I went and three of the women were so kind to me. Very nice and helpful, I wish I got their names to recognize them! it was refreshing having women in the beauty business be so kind (to someone like me who doesn't wear makeup all the time and has little knowledge + who had a real bad day). Thank you Ulta Beauty Team!
