Laptop broke on Christmas and figured I was down on my luck until I saw they would accept appointments. My work is all on my laptop so I had to have it fixed for the next work day and had no option. After both an email and text asking me to confirm and I did come and they were closed. Now I get it Christmas you wanna close but then your website should reflect that. I am extremely unhappy with the lack of communication regarding holiday hours. This was my only option and unfortunately they claimed to be open and were not. Dissatisfied to the max! They asked to confirm my appointment twice. The reasonable assumption here is that if they are asking to confirm they would be there. They had opportunity to call or cancel or do anything but instead I am without a laptop and have work. Unacceptable service. Update your website!

Broke my phone and began searching online for a repair shop. I came across one nearby and decided to give them a try. Upon arriving at the shop, I was warmly greeted by Brandon, who exuded professionalism and politeness. He provided me with various options for repairing my phone and guided me towards the best choice. I followed his suggestion and I am extremely satisfied with the outcome. I feel compelled to emphasize an incident where Brandon truly showcased his exceptional professionalism: when he was confronted by a disrespectful customer. Despite the challenging situation, Brandon maintained his composure and handled it with grace and dignity. His ability to handle difficult customers with such professionalism is truly commendable. Once again thank you Brandon.

This is a CRAZY experience. I started out going to UBreak I Fix at their Thousand Oaks location in September. I needed a Battery replacement for my Dell Laptop. The Technician, Brandon suggested I join their MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM. He boasted that in 3 months I would be paying $23.00 a month and would get my a battery changed at $69.00 instead of paying the full $179.00 it would have cost to replace the battery outright. I agreed and took the Membership, paying the first installment in September....Oct Auto Pay $23.00, then Nov. Auto Pay another $23.00 and I go back first couple days of November. Battery is NOT there. Technician BRANDON apologizes and asks me to return in a week. I do.....Brandon not there, Battery not there...So I tell them I want to cancel my Subscription....They agreee.... and ROBERT the Manager, charges my Credit Card $172.00 and tells me to return in week to 10 days....I go back Dec 3rd...NO BATTERY THERE....I start screaming VERY LOUDLY THAT THE PLACE SUCCCKSSSS!!! Brandon, does not like me at this point! He calms me down, apologizes up and down and absolutely SWEARS the Battery will be there on Saturday December 16th. I get a call from ALEAH the Manager on call THAT DAY! This Creep comes with a defensive attitude. "Your Battery did NOT come in due to inclement weather and due to terrible abusive behavior towards me and my employees we are crediting your account and asking you not to return to the store!" Well I went Def Con Asshole at that time! I decided to walk away until I could figure out where to go and more importantly HOW THE HELL AM I GETTING THIS COMPUTER WORKING?....I tried another U break I fix location 20 minutes away....I went to Simi Valley and spoke to A tech named Izzy Gibson....I told him 'THIS' ridiculous story....He saw the horrendous condition my computer was in after the last place made worse by opening and closing it so many times.....He said come back Thursday and it will be ready....I said, "THREE DAYS?....You're going to fix this in only THREE DAYYYS?" ....so I went back Yesterday night and that Man got my shit fixed in THREEEE DAYSSSS..... Thousand Oaks Location? If I'm the Manager there?....Brandon and Aleah are FIRED!....They are inept and just plain mean spirited......Call Izzy Gibson at Simi Valley Store.... Ask him....He ordered the same exact battery as Thousand Oaks did ...then Ask Brandon and Aleah "why did it take you 3+ months to fix this man's computer while Izzy did it in 3 days?! .....Amazing story....One more thing....Thousand oaks DID NOT Credit my Credit Card.....After calling My Bank and finding out the card was not credited, only Through an Asurion Supervisor FORCING THEM TO CREDIT ME were they willing to credit the account....They then forced me to send my son there to 'physically' credit the card! All in All "THE WORST SERVICE EVERRRR!!!!".... (However, the SIMI VALLEY Store was totally AWESOME!!)....Thousand Oaks WORST EVER!!!!

This place is a disaster. I can't even get into the story. Zero communication- zero. Make promises and then just leave you hanging if they can't fix it (not even a phone call to the alternate # I gave them to reach me- not a call to another uBreakiFix to see if the other location has the part... nothing!!! They kept me waiting forever. Came back 3 times after each time they said it would be done. Finally after ruining my whole day... "sorry we don't have the right part". That's it. Now I have to start ALL over... Once I get them to finally close out the insurance work order. IF they ever do.... Seeing their lack of customer service- that is probably gonna take forever too. This is a cell phone. My son's only phone. They couldn't care less. Another lady walked in while I was there. They had her computer for three weeks. She asked why they never called her with an update. The 20 something girl behind the counter said "oh I forgot". Mind you, the computer was not ready yet because apparently they never checked on a part for that customer either. Do not go to this place. They clearly suck & couldn't give a dang.

Have gone here before to fix my phone, however this time was very unprofessional and would not go back. We dropped off our phones to fix the back of them because they were crack. They were very nice and professional to start. They said it would be about 4 hours because they were busy and we completely understand. We decided to show up 5 hours after we dropped off the phone because we knew they were busy. Come to find out when we get there that they are unable to fix our phones because the machine was not calibrated. This is something that they knew from the start but never emailed, called, or texted the alternative number to let us know so we could go to a different store. Complete waste of time, will never go back and not recommend to anyone.

I dropped my Google pixel 6 pro, the screen cracked, otter box didn't help because it landed just right.I did order some glass screen protectors for new screen.They replaced my screen same day.Works great.Very happy.

Austin was super helpful. He went above and beyond in helping me diagnose my problem and gave me tips to replace the broken part myself. I really appreciate any company that is willing to help their customers out and not focus on making money. It’s like a Miracle on Thousand Oaks Blvd.!!!

Cracked screen on my iPhone 12 Pro was professionally replaced and it works like new again! Repair time took over an hour, but happy to wait as long as the repair was done correctly.

I had a great experience here. Brandon helped me and he was thorough in telling me what my options were and what the recommendations were, and then fixed my phone accordingly within the hour. He was friendly and super helpful. I was impressed with the service of my phone and the customer service, and the pricing of it all. I'd definitely come back if I needed to.

Brandon was very professional. Not only was he extremely helpful he also educated me on the full advantages of having the membership. Ours was already expired and it’s because of his dedicated time spent allowing me to understand the importance is why I decided to reinstated. You guys are very lucky to have him. I am a business owner myself and it is very hard to find great employees. Not alone to get amazing customer service as he provided me. Thank you Brandon. We will definitely come back.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt for the public, I will. UBreakIFix in Thousand Oaks has an employee named Brandon. Real good guy. He took the time to show me how I would actually save money by enrolling in some deal they have going, so I did….He could have easily charged me more for my repair but he had MY back & I got to say…I appreciated that! (I wish they had a better ‘phone’ ☎️ service though)

This location I highly recommend is in thousands oaks it worth drive from simi valley not far of a drive- Tech at this location very helpful and honest make them people you want to fix your electric- I had an iPad repair and replaced Austin and his crew did amazing work on my iPad

Both times I've been here, the techs have been so helpful with resolving my issues. The first time I went in, I had my ears buds charging case blocked with dust so they fixed it at no charge. In and out in less than 5 minutes. The 2nd time was a couple of days ago. I had my phone's charging port blocked with dust so once again, they cleaned it out at no charge. If I should ever need a more extensive repair with my phone, I would definitely come here again. Their customer service has been nothing but superior. And I would highly recommend them to others in the area.
