Initial work was great. We replaced our backyard grass with turf. We spent $25,000. Andrew was our salesman. A few months later I asked for a quote on my driveway as well as some repairs in the back. Andrew came and quoted me way too high for my driveway. When I tried contacting him I couldn't get him by email or phone. After calling the main number again, a second person (I believe the owner) came out and did a second inspection. He assured me a good price on the driveway, as well as repair on the back. He even said he could probably do the job the very next day. He NEVER CALLED BACK. It's like they fell off the face of the earth. They are not good with follow-through. I would recommend finding a company that will guarantee their work and actually come back. We ended up hiring Future Turf to come do the repairs in the back.

Just finished the backyard and we are loving it! We've had it a month and no complaints. Andy and his team were really accommodating with our busy schedule and even stopped by two weeks later to make sure everything was still looking good. Major props and I'm definitely considering the front yard now

These guys do a good job and worked with our budget. We have a rental and didn't want to trust the new tenant to keep up the yard work. We replaced it with turf and rocks in the backyard. Looks nice and comes with a warranty in case something goes wrong. Much softer and more realistic than some of the houses in the neighborhood.

Just finished remodeling the house and turf was the last thing to go in the yard. These guys were the most affordable and gave a discount for doing the front and backyard at the same time. Good work guys!

Just finished remodeling our smaller yard for our condo and the turf looks great. Our HOA was a little particular on what we could and couldn't put in and Andrew and his guys were more than patient with working with them. Very happy my sister referred me to these guys.

These guys just did a great job on my condo. It was a small piece on my patio and they got it done in just one day. I had 3 companies come by and they acted like the job wasn't important enough for them to do! Andrew got back to me the same day and were very professional. It's nice to see that some people still know how to do business

Andrew and his crew came out and gave us a very good quote. The quote was competitive to other local companies prices and was reasonable for the quality of the product they sell. What ultimately sold them was the customer service and way that he understood what we wanted to do with the space that we had in our yard. Picking turf is like choosing a new carpet as there are different qualities and if you have a dog there are options for them too. It's all based on personal preference. We went with the top grade of grass which is like walking on a plush cloud. My kids can enjoy playing games outdoors on the grass and don't complain about how hard the ground is. If you're looking for a quality install with a reputable company you won't be sorry using Turf Designs. Looking forward to lower water bills and a forever green yard.

Just got finished remodeling my parents yard in Westlake. Andy and his crew did a great job adding turf around the pool and the dog run on the side. It was a smaller job and they got it finished in one weekend! My parents were nervous it wouldn't look real but now that it's finished you can't even tell the difference. Great job guys!

Just finished the final part of my yard and I gotta say I'm loving this new grass! Turf Design showed me all of their products but what really sold me was the dog friendly piece. That was my biggest concern and honestly don't think my dog can tell the difference. Thanks guys!

Love what these guys to my yard! We had a giant patch of dirt in the back and in 1 day they covered it up. The crew worked their tales off and were out there all day to make sure it was done the same day. Great job guys

These guys just did a great job installing turf around the deck in my backyard. My niece and nephew love playing on it and it's stopped the dogs from tracking mud in my house! Andrew was on time and professional. He helped me pick out the right turf for my yard and the installation went smoothly. I was worried it might look off but it's got a great natural look, I get lots of compliments.

These guys just finished my backyard and it came out great. My dogs we're dragging in mud after the rain but I don't have to worry about that anymore. Andrew and his team were really easy to work with my busy schedule and I didn't even have to be home for the job.

I got referred by a friend and was a little skeptical about turf but Andrew and his crew were fantastic! They got my yard done in 2 Days. They even came on a Saturday which was really helpful for my schedule. My dogs can't even tell the difference and it makes a world of difference now that there's color back there instead of dirt patches!

Three months ago, the idea of installing artificial grass on my front yard never crossed my mind. In the midst of planning some new landscaping work, a friend of my recommended the idea. At first I though "fake turf" would not look right, but I still did the research on it, and actually went to go see some sample sites. from what I saw, artificial grass actually looked way better than regular grass, so I was sold. This was before I looked into all of the cost benifits as well. Anyway I couldnt be happier with my decision on the grass, as well as going with Turf Designs. They took the time to show me all of the different types I could get, and the installation process itself was much quicker than I expected. They are really a great company, with a phenominal crew. Regarding the product itself, I highly recommend going synthetic.
