Mostly shy from reviews but want to do this for Lynn at Tulip. Love her for all the care and always getting it right for me. She spends good time and effort to make sure that she helps me achieve the desire manicure. My bio gel lasts long and always come back happy.

Bare minimum pedicure. It's $30 for the basic pedicure. The nail technician was nice but barely spent any time on my pedicure (15min total). She hardly cleaned around my nails and basically just rubbed the lotion on my legs rather than a massage. The nail file she used looked old and she even saved her gloves to reuse? At the end, she asked me twice about a tip since tips are cash only. My pedicure looks fine but the experience was below average.

The worst manicure I've ever had. And the pedicure wasn't much better. My toe nail split down the middle. I had a gel manicure that split my nails within a week. Then went back for acrylic nails and they weren't even applied right. Lots of glue to fill between acrylic nail and natural nail. The worst! Don't go there!

The best nail salon I have ever been to and the only place I will ever go. I have been going here for 6+ years and have never had a bad experience. Everyone is so sweet and friendly! I don’t even live in Thousand Oaks anymore and still drive 45 minutes to get my nails done here because I don’t trust anywhere else. My nails are always perfectly done (Richard is amazing) and exactly what I want. Highly recommend !!!!

AVOID THIS PLACE!! I tried this place for the first time and I will not be going back. Everyone was nice and the place appeared clean, but this was the most painful and the worst bio gel fill I have ever gotten. The entire process was painful. She burned my nails several time with the filing tool. The UV light wouldn’t stay on. My nails are now lumpy, misshapen, and hideous. One side of my nail shape is oval and the other side is square. The bio gel is so thick at the top. I should have walked out the second it was burning, I spoke up, and she didn’t adjust, so that was my mistake.
I have gotten less than stellar manicures before but this is the first time I have been so horrified that I felt the need to leave a review to warn others. I am going to have to go get a new fill this week elsewhere to fix this mess. Do NOT go here.

Lynn, Richard and team are amazing. When I moved away for college one of the worst things was having to find a new go to place. So grateful to be back. Quality service for reasonable prices. If you’re looking for your new go to spot, look no further than tulip nails!!

I'm a caregiver and I take my client here to get her nails and pedicures done. She is 88 years old. They are always very sweet to her. Know her by name and treat her and I with such kindness. Besides that, their nail techs are fabulous! I've gone to two of them and they were both excellent! As a caregiver I'm constantly washing my hands or have my hands in water and I've never had an issue with my biogel nails. They do a great job at this salon! And they care. LOVE THEM!

the worse nail salon i’ve ever been to. booked an appointment to fix one nail and they were like come in early. went in early and they couldn’t fix it because they had walk in clients.
