I used the app/chat to specify a couple of red & whites. Took the spot-on info, called my local T.O., CA store, and spoke to Seth who helped me calibrate my choices, then i placed an order on the app for next day delivery. It's that easy, like the other day... flawless!

I come in here all of the time as my boyfriend and I live very close. I’m 23 so I expect to get ID everywhere I go, my boyfriend is 30. Today we made a quick trip into the store to get two packs of loverboy. We get to the register and the cashier asks for both of our IDs which is when my boyfriend realizes that he left his wallet at home. She then asks him if he has a picture of his ID and as he starts looking in his phone she radios for a manager to come over and approve a photo ID. She walks over and immediately says “i can’t take a picture ID for alcohol purchases it need to be a physical copy” and i was like okay well im the only one paying and she was like “doesn’t matter i need both sorry” so we leave. we live close and this is the only place we can get loverboys so we went and got his wallet and came back. as soon as we walked in a completely different woman tells “DOES EVERYONE HAVE THEIR ID THIS TIME” So rude and unprofessional. I get that their is polices in place but my boyfriend is 30, (per the signage anyone under 30 should expect to get ID) and we come in here pretty often, and its a store not the club. you don’t need to yell at customers as their entering the store asking for identification.

Came into this location for the first time and as soon as my friends and I walked in we weren't greeted or welcomed but instead yelled at by a girl with red hair asking if we all had our ID's, we all confirmed we did in fact have our ID's and are over 21, I'm assuming because we were a big group of friends we were being treated this way so we brushed it off but once we got to the register we were asked not once again but 3 more times if we all had our ID's after answering YES clearly previously multiple times, there should be no need to put customers on the spot infront of everyone MULTIPLE times as if were commiting a crime, ask once and verify at register if need be, all my friends had their ID scanned im assuming to verify it's real, so why the need to ask more than once if customers have their ID as if you guys don't scan it at the register? terrible customer service and definitely will not be returning or recommending this location to friends.

Employees gave us wrong information. My sister was 25 years old and I’m 22. She wanted to purchase one and I was just taking a look around. They wouldn’t service us because I didn’t have my ID. They said that was fine with my sister, but the other guy wouldn’t let us

Always find the perfect gifts at this location in Thousand Oaks. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Needed a bottle of wine for a host and hostess of a fabulous superbowl party. I was immediately shown an imported Italian wine in my price bracket. Included an appropriate wine bottle bag, and I was off and running.
