Been going here for 20 years. Came in to try and get my tires rotated a service they provide for people who buy tires here. They "close" at 2pm on Saturdays. I got there at 1:40 and they were already packing the place up. My job makes it impossible to get there during the work week and my son's sports make it near impossible to get there on Saturday.
The employee explained they go home at 2 not close at 2. I explained my very hectic schedule and he didn't care at all and would not work with me at all. I am very disappointed in the customer service I received.
I will be looking for a new tire place for the first time in 20 years.

The Best Tire Shop in Thousand Oaks. Always reasonably priced and enjoyable to work with. I have a Tesla Model S, the camber was way off causing my tires wear prematurely and unevenly. As you know EV's are heavier so having a quality tire man in your contact list is absolutely essential as an EV owner looking for tires. If you are a Tesla owner, bring your ride here! My bill for alignment and new tires was very fair, the service is always top notch.

Had a nail in my tire that needed to be patched. I called them and they told me to come in and they would take care of it. In total it took about a half hour from the time I showed up to the end of the service. They also did the work for free. Will definitely be back when I need new tires and highly

This is a great shop! If you want to work with an honest and trustworthy team, work with these guys. I recently hit a curb and thought I really damaged my tire. After Josh inspected the tire he said it was fine, only cosmetic, and that he could not in good faith sell me a new tire. He cleaned it up and sent me on my way, saving me $350. We will always use this shop for any of our tire needs going forward, knowing they will do what's best for us!
