TIME SPOT - Oaks Mall - I WOULD NOT BUY A WATCH HERE. The owner was very rude to us and refused to honor their return policy. Another worker there also verbally told me about their return policy when I bought but all of sudden he forgot he said that and that it was "up to the boss". They won't accept an unworn watch with all receipts and packaging. They lied and have zero shame about it. UNACCEPTABLE customer service in my opinion.

There are always 2 sides to these reviews people leave on here. Too bad it can't always be explained clearly for people to make their own personal judgement and experience. This store is an amazing watch store with a plethora of time pieces not even available in the larger anchor stores. Special orders are easily available with the products being from authorized Watch companies. I did a special order myself. As for batteries and service, prices are quite reasonable considering that everything has gone up recently. I'll will be coming from now on for all my time telling needs.

I visited Time Spot last month and bought a watch. The store is beautifully laid out and the service genuine and delightful: 5-Stars. The watch stopped running so I returned to Time Spot confident they would be of help. It was explained to me, with apology, that they do not deal with the manufacturer (only a distributor) and therefore could not help me. I left disappointed with a defective watch from a full-price store. After-sales service, value, customer loyalty: 0-Stars.

New Citizen watch needed size adjustment by having links taken out. Had been in previously and received so-so service and previous watch purchases. Today was a bad experience. Store employee didn't adjust the watch properly (asked for 4 links, removed 2 for some reason) and was annoyed about asking for further adjustment. If you're in need of watch repair, I suggest seeking help somewhere else and avoiding this business.

In mid January 2023, my Rolex watch band broke and took it to the well known local jewelry/watch store in the Oaks Mall in Thousand Oaks Mall. After waiting for 3 months to get it fixed, they still have NO ideas of when my watch band get repaired. So I took it to Time Spot , in the same mall, they looked at it and got it repaired in less than 2 hours and the repair cost was less than 20% of original jewelry/watch store estimates. Don’t get ripped off for your watch repair because it’s well known . You have an option to take it to other capable watch repair stores and still get a full satisfactions. Thank you Tim and Danny.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Large selection of brands and models, and reasonable pricing. Watch maker quick and fast. I read is of the negative reviews, people giving 1 star for for wanting free labor.. it's a biz, they are in biz to make money. I will definitely go back.

Excellent place to go if you need a battery replaced or a new watch band. They are very fast and helpful. I have taken 4 to 5 watches at a time to be repaired. And been able to pick them back up within 45 minutes.

I just took a bunch of watches to their Thousand Oaks location. They charged $15 and $20 for battery replacements which is 2x to 3x more thank I paid at my last watch store. I think I'll be looking elsewhere in the future.

After reading the reviews I felt I needed to add a 5 star one!! Both the gentleman where helpful. Be it a watch battery or a purchase of a new watch the prices are wonderful.

Went in to get my watch sized by the older gentleman, he was quite rude and got mad when I told him I bought the watch at another store in the mall. Wont be coming back.

The shop has great watch selections for Seiko, Tissot, Citizens, Michael Kors, etc. Tim was great at assisting me while teaching me more about watches. Will come back again
