There's a ticket office here, but they don't sell tickets, and they don't make change. The man at the desk says they only sell their special pass that only works on some busses, but not all of them.

I have been using transit enter completely for almost over 10 years I love all of it my bus drivers are rerrific all of them. I catch the 5 am to USC And 4;20 pm Mon through Fri ever week Thank you for proving my service

The operator here informed me that the ride could be 15 min early or late. My ride is going to be 38 min late. The text I received at 3:15 said your ride will be there soon ETA 4:08. This 100% unacceptable. They should get - 10 stars. Never use this service.

Great for catching buses, always have exact change when taking buses, or you can always buy Vctc pass add money onto it for all Ventura buses, and if you need the metro tap card, and you have a iPhone you can always download that from the Wallet app and add money to the tap card that way.

Nice clean place to transition on your public transportation routes, extremely friendly staff.The only negative about this location is sometimes Ventura County sheriff's show up inadvertently and start harassing people who appear to be homeless, although they are simply ttransfering buses just as everybody else.

An underrated transit center servicing Thousand Oaks. I'm willing to bet at least 80% of TO residents aren't aware you can catch a LADOT 423 bus here to/from downtown LA, or a Metro 161 bus to/from Canoga station. I wish they would publicize it a little more!
