Roy's Towing is absolutely the best! The gentlemen who handles dispatching is awesome. Their text-based communication is convenient and accurate. If they say minutes away take it literally. My recent service was done by Kevin who was amazing. Thank you Kevin!!!

Luis moved my high value custom and the experience was flawless despite a somewhat challenging driveway at my home. They're not inexpensive but neither is my car. Highly recommended.

I called AAA and they assigned me to Roy's Towing. I got a call from them right after I put in my request for a tow. They were very busy but made sure to keep me in the loop on when someone would arrive. The driver (I wish I got his name) was polite and efficient. He got my car to the Jeep dealership in great time. It's never fun getting your car towed but Roy's made things much more pleasant. Whoever was on the phone keeping me updated was so friendly as well. I really do recommend this towing service.

My encounter with Roy's Towing was nothing short of a nightmare. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. From their exorbitant pricing to their abysmal customer service and damage caused to my vehicle's tires, this towing company embodies everything you'd want to avoid.Firstly, their pricing was shockingly high. When I needed assistance with my vehicle, I expected a fair cost for the service provided. However, Roy's Towing took advantage of the situation, quoting a price that was far beyond any reasonable standard. It felt like they were preying on vulnerable customers in distress.Furthermore, their customer service was appalling. The employees were incredibly rude and unprofessional throughout the entire process. It's as if they had no respect for their customers and treated us as if we were a burden. Any attempt to discuss the exorbitant pricing or the damage they caused was met with condescension and indifference. The worst part of the ordeal was the damage they inflicted on my vehicle's tires. During the towing process, they failed to handle my car properly, leading to visible and undeniable damage to the tires. When I pointed this out, they denied any responsibility and refused to provide any form of compensation.I strongly urge everyone to avoid Roy's Towing at all costs. They have proven to be dishonest, rude, and careless, leaving customers with a damaged vehicle and a bitter taste in their mouths. Seek a more reputable and ethical towing service to spare yourself from this nightmare.

Really? My car was towed from Zuma beach almost immediately after I parked near the highway were million other cars were parked in a line. Cost me $560 to recover it within 3 hrs after I parked there. +additionally $73 City parking citation.I took my sick mother and special needs toddler to have some stress relieve after we lost my dad and found out was GONE with all medication and toddler food inside! Initially I thought it was stolen but decided to ask the lifeguard. Then run to sheriff office and they told my car is somewhere. I run to get my purse from my mom (I am 45y/o) waiting me a mile away and back to their office because we would potentially be left on the highway and never return home. This tow people were reusiming at 6pm and I was not even able to walk to get to Malibu High School parking lot were they took my car.Indeed? $640 for a 3 hour sitting on sand and near heart-attack condition for me and my sick mom with my hyperacting toddler on hands standing on the highway with no clue what to expect? Really guys? Do you really think you should have excessively charged me $560 for 2.5hrs storage and half mile tow? Just WOW.

Roy's has come to my rescue before and I've always had amazing experiences with their techs. Big shout out to Juan He saved me when I was stranded in the emergency shoulder after a tire blow out. Throughout the whole experience, he looked out for me and did everything he could to make sure I was safe and set up. He even made sure to keep my road pizza safe Kindness goes a long way, and I'm very thankful for his help today. Big thank you to this company; and, Juan, I wish you the best, thanks again!

I was in an accident and my car was towed to Roy's lot in Thousand Oaks. I went the next day to clean out the car. Before I left, I tried to look under a seat for something. I had to take my watch off to fit my hand under the front seat. When I found what I was looking for, I forgot about the smart watch and left. When I realized that I had left it I called them. They looked and said they didn't find a watch, so I drove there again to look for it. The car had been moved, which means someone was in it. There was no watch. I don't like to accuse. I'm sure Roy's does a good job, because they have contracts with various law enforcement agencies. It's unfortunate that one bad apple is causing me to write this. It's great know that whomever took the smart watch won't be able to use it because it's locked. Maybe they'll be more careful who they hire in the future.

This is Roy's Towing. I've known this person since 1990. He's first class. Roy features complete towing. From small vehicles, recovery, heavy duty, and long distance towing. Unfortunately people take phone numbers and addresses and try to make them their own for profit. I'm a business owner in Thousand Oaks and have witnessed numerous thefts of my address. ROY'S TOWING is NOT one of them.Use Roy's with confidence and professionalism.

I’m sorry to say but the service required and charges were completely out of whack. The service guy showed up in his own vehicle, didn’t know office number. To me it had all the makings of a SCAM!!! They wanted to be paid $50 he had no clue what car or even tools!!! BE CAREFUL!!
