⚫️ I've been a customer of Thousand Oaks Tobacco for many years, and I've always been impressed with the exceptional customer service. The general manager, Maurice, is always friendly and helpful, and he knows his products inside and out. He's always happy to answer my questions and help me find the right product for my needs. ?I recently visited the Moorpark location, which is managed by Maurice's brother, and I had the same great experience. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they were happy to help me find what I was looking for. ?I highly recommend Thousand Oaks Tobacco to anyone in the area. They have a great selection of products, and the customer service is second to none. ?If you're ever in Moorpark, be sure to check out Maurice's brother's smoke shop, Moorpark Smoke Shop. I once went in looking for a specific type of cigar, and Maurice didn't have it in stock. But he went out of his way to order it for me, and it was waiting for me when I came back the next day. ?I was once having trouble with my vape pen, and Maurice took the time to show me how to fix it. He even gave me some free juice to help me out. ?I'm always getting recommendations from Maurice for new products to try. He's always up-to-date on the latest trends, and he knows what's good. Sweetest guy ever that works here. Prices are great. Answered all my annoying questions. He didn't end up having lychee for the bigger disposable so i got a different flavor. He ended up giving me a free lychee puff. So sweet

Maurice gives Above & Beyond Customer Service!!!! My daughter visits frequently & referred me to this amazing shop with every Awesome variety~ You're like in a "Candy Store" !! Location is right next to numerous restaurants , Fuel stations , Car wash , Pet Store , coffee shops & the Janns & Oaks Mall. Convenient location Right off 101 N/S Frwy .

Very disappointed in the shady customer service I received at Thousand Oaks Tobacco today. I went in to purchase a pod for my Orion vape. When the owner asked how many I wanted I said 1. (They are sold in boxes of 2) After receiving the box and returning to my car I notice there is only 1 pod in the box. I return telling him that one is missing and he replies saying yes you said you wanted only one. I tell him that I wanted 1 box (of 2) you know the way they are sold at every other smoke shop! And he replies saying I only charged you for one for 8$ two is 16$. I tell him that it is shady to sell them semperare when they are packaged together and we go back and forth about it for a little bit. Eventually I leave without purchasing the 2nd pod because it was not any cheaper to buy the pack. Besides his prices being outrageously high the entire situation felt shady and the way the owner handled the situation was terrible. I will not be returning to say the least! I also included a picture of the pods I purchased from KINGS TOBACCO in Westlake for reference on pricing and how they are packaged. EDIT: After leaving my review I was almost immediately contacted by the owner Maurice. He was very understanding and offered to make things right with me. Customer service was A-1 on his part. I will be returning to Thousand Oaks tobacco and also the new sister store agoura hills tobacco and vape as a happy customer. Hats off to Maurice for making things right with his customers!

Sam is there everyday and runs the store. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, but he is also a friendly. Everytime i come to the shop he is in a good mood and happy. You will get great customer service and prices coming to TO tobacco. If you like to smoke but are not "hip" on new 2020 technology, do not worry. Sam will give you plenty of options to choose from with an educated/detailed pros and cons for each product. This shop has tobacco, hookah, vape, CBD, cigarettes, rolling papers, cigarillo wraps, and tons of pipes/water pipes and anything you can think of. Love it. I wouldn't go anywhere else in Ventura county
