Place looks clean. I was doing laundry for 2 hrs. Spending $45 dollars washing and drying.I needed to use the bathroom. According to the lady that works there she states we cannot use the bathroom due to someone vandalizing. That is not correct to do. Not fair to punish your customers and you do use the bathroom. So wrong!!! ?

Good location to go wash. The detail is that the bathroom is closed all the time. And now they say there is no more bathroom, they closed it. Besides, it is already very. Expensive to wash there I think I left it lost. Use the bathroom for clients who pay a lot of money to wash there. Tell me what you think

The place is clean . The machines are have always worked when I've come in. I've been a few time . The staff is not the friendliness . I've had a few unpleasant exchanges with them .

My elderly uncle lives here in Thousand Oaks and I have been coming once to twice a week to do all his laundry.I really like it here. The machines are reliable, and there is almost always someone on site at all times to help you if a machine isn't working. Not always, but mostly. The mostly Latino clientele is awesome too: no one talks to me, which I like, ha ha! (Maybe they think I don't speak Spanish because I am white? I do, and no one has talked smack about me so everyone is nice and they leave me alone!)They have three quarter machines on site which are always working, and I really love those rolling baskets that they provide. They also have snack machines and soda machines that you can pay for it with your phone.Being right next to a donut shop doesn't hurt either.It is as clean as it can be for an older place. It ain't spotless in the sense that there are older floor, tiles and older walls so everything is scuffed, but it is clean for how old it clearly is.

$3.50 per REGULAR machine load (not the double or triple load machines)! That was outrageous. But there are plenty of machines and places to sit outside.

I was recently referred to this place. I brought in both goosedown and goosedown alternative comforters to be washed. I was somewhat nervous leaving such delicate items at a laundromat, instead of a dry cleaners. Martha, who works there did an amazing job!! The comforters came out beautifully!! They came out much better than they had at any dry cleaner -- and for a fraction of the price!!Martha showed me some of the special steps she takes when she washes comforters. She thinks of everything. I highly recommend Martha and Thousand Oaks Coin Laundry.

This was my first visit to Thousand Oaks Coin. Very helpful staff. "Martha" was given the highest recommendations to me by another customer. She also helped me with machines. This helped my day!!

If this is the one on TO Blvd (down from a donut shop on the corner) - this is my favorite... cheapest I've found AND (at least all daytimes) lady is there to help with questions, etc. If a machine HAPPENS to snag your $, (which only happened ONCE to me), I was Immediately reimbursed. Nice tables outside & couple Mexican markets for a cool drink, etc.

There machines do not leak all over the floor as someone wrote.It's a pretty good place to wash and dry. Parking is a little tight but manageable.

The ladies at this laundromat have been very very rude to me and my friend on multiple occasions. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt every time but it's truly just terrible on how they run that place. When I first went there they said that the blanket I had thrown in the wash was making it too heavy so I had to take it out. Ok, my mistake. The washer broke on me the next time. They never gave me the $3.50 I spent on the wash back and they blamed the machine breaking on me. Another time I had asked to use the restroom since they lock it. " it's for paying customers only" so I point to the dryer that full with my clothes and I still had to pay 25¢ to use it (?!???). I acted as if she didn't see me for the hour that I had already been in there for and please note that the place isn't that big. Lastly today I go in to see how much cash the machine can take so I can get quarters. I have my soap and dirty clothes in the car. As we fill my little pouch up with the quarters the lady comes out from the office and said that I'm not allowed to get quarters and then leave. I told her my clothes was in the car and I was just going to grab it. And she still said that I can't do that. I got it my car and drove away. Never. Ever. Going back there again. Plus the place is dirty AND some of the machine stinky and will make your clothes stink.
