Michael was great and very informative!!! He answered all my questions and didn’t pressure me into buying anything extra. I was pleasantly surprised that this local store had an avocado brand mattress because I really wanted to test one. The delivery gentleman were quick, efficient and very friendly.

I recently visited the Sleep Shoppe in Thousand Oaks after hearing about their extensive mattress selection, and I was not disappointed. Fred, who assisted me during my visit, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He guided me through their range of products, allowing me to try various types of beds, including some exceptionally comfortable ones by Avocado. Additionally, I had the chance to relax in a really nice leather recliner. The experience was excellent, thanks to the great service and the quality of the products.

My Dad needed to downsize from a cal king mattress to a queen size. He and my Mom had purchased the king size years ago at this store in a different location. Mom passed in Dec. So dad, my sister and I went today to sleep shoppe. Huge inventory to choose from.
Peter Bowen the sales guy was extremely helpful. Prices were great all on sale. Highly recommend.

Went to their Fourth of July floor sample sale and bought three mattresses from Michael. Luxurious natural King Koil European pillow top mattresses. They were delivered THAT weekend the next day! Michael was a delight to work with; knowledgeable, comfortable to work with (we laid down on a lot of mattresses!) and thoughtful with his suggestions. He sold us an adjustable bed (for a sale price) to go with our master suite cal king and it came with LED lights, multiple positions to raise and lower and speakers! Super happy with Newbury Park Sleep Shoppe!

This place was great! I needed two queen mattresses and was on a super tight budget, but Andrew got me set up with some old floor models for a steal. I highly recommend Andrew and Sleep Shoppe, very professional and great deals.

I thought customer service was dead - until I needed help with the return. As we have all experienced, returning a big ticket item like a bed is typically mired with endless hoops to jump through and a less-than-enthusiastic sales rep. The absolute opposite was the case for us at the Sleep Shoppe with Andrew helping. Andrew worked closely with us throughout the process, guiding, helping, and advising, and ensuring we got just the right replacement mattress.He made sure that our return process was smooth, and was a 100% accountable to us. He never missed a return call or failed to find the information that we needed. Although we weren't shopping for a $20,000 mattress, he made us feel like a VIP. Honestly, I can't recall the last time we were so well taken care of. The next time you need a mattress, look up Andrew at either the Newberry or Simi Valley locations!

About 2 or 3 weeks I had the pleasure of shopping for a mattressat the Sleep Shoppe in Newbury Park, CA 91320.They are extremely knowlegable and courteous. My salesman,Peter, was especially helpful and kind.Run, don't walk to purchase your mattress there!!!!!!

My husband and I purchased a split Cal King adjustable bed and two Stearns and Foster mattresses for it. Peter was very nice through the purchase. When the delivery came they took the adjustable base out of the packaging and immediately my room filled with an awful smell. At first I just thought that it needed to air out because it was sealed in plastic. After several days the smell was still there and it was so bad I slept downstairs. I brought it to their attention and they said the had never had that happen. I asked for a new one and they exchanged it no problem. A few months later, I decided to turn the mattresses because they were bending funny when raising the head of the bed. After turning one of the mattresses, I noticed a significant hole on the edging (welting) on one of the mattresses. That particular side was in the inside/center of the bed, so it wasn't noticeable, even when changing sheets. I called the store and spoke to Peter and he immediately asked me to read the warranty. They said that because it was a few months since purchase that the hole could have happened after the delivery. I told him that that wasn't satisfactory and he had his Stearns and Foster rep call me and he said the same thing. The store and Sterns and Foster did not stand by their product(s). We paid $6,000. for the set. They didn't even offer to repair it. Be careful when you purchase from them. Look thoroughly at your mattresses when you purchase from them. The delivery person put the mattress on the bed with the hole on the inside so it wasn't noticeable. Very disappointed.....

No wonder this shop wins "Best of" every year!! We save $1500 for a luxury split King adjustable beds and mattresses. Best quality and service. Very pleased and high recommendations!!
