Our family recommended we work with Josh Lampel and the Mark Klein Team for the purchase of our first home. They had worked with Josh and the team a few times. The team made the loan process easy to understand for us first time homebuyers - they were extremely responsive, accommodating to our needs and schedule, and made what we anticipated as a daunting process, smooth and easy to navigate. It always felt like they had our best interest at heart. The process was super synchronized with our realtor team and we really appreciated and was impressed by the level of organization and attentiveness we experienced.

I've now done multiple transactions with the Mark Klein team (home purchase + several refinancings) and they are absolutely my "go-to" for anything financing/mortgage related. Over the years, I've worked with Mark Klein, Patricia Zeto, Josh Lampel and Kelly Smith. They are all smart, transparent, honest, efficient and extremely responsive. You won't regret using the Mark Klein team.

I have been using The Mark Klein Team for my home mortgage needs for 25 years. They have NEVER been anything but EXCELLENT. They help you collect all the paperwork though an online portal which really made things organized. you can check your progress and documents as you go. I am shown at least three different loan options to look over. They have always delivered within very tight escrow closing dates. I do not know how many more homes there are in my future at this point, but they have been a HUGE part of my life in providing me the expertise I needed for my home mortgage needs.

Josh Lampel and the entire Mark Klein team have been seamless throughout my home purchase process. Not only did Josh go above and beyond to make sure the seller's agent knew how solid of a candidate I was during the offer process, they have held my hand throughout every step since getting the offer accepted. They completed underwriting in such a short time, made sure my loan was clean and funded, explained all of the documents that I needed to update, and checked in regularly with any news. They also coordinated everything with the insurance, escrow, and agents. It has made buying my first home such a joyful process - thank you so much!!

all I can say is kudos to Mark Klein and his team. I was on a short leash after my original loan broker had failed due to some technical issues with my application that Mark‘s team was able to successfully navigate around. He was able to take my application and get the loan funded in less than two weeks so that I closed on time. I will never use any other mortgage broker again!
