I am very glad that I "discovered" this place today. What a great experience! Heather, the owner, was helpful and professional. With her assistance, I was able to send a package overseas with the best rate she quoted for me. I didn't even need to fill out a form, because she did everything accurately on her computer.

The owner thinks too highly of herself, inconsistent with hours on Saturdays. Is nice one day and rude the next. I actually thought she's very professional at first, but then got extremely rude. I've always been a person who tips from time to time when I have the cash just to assure excellent customer service, but didn't make a bit of difference other than one female employee that quit. I have gone back a few times since and now unless she apologizes for her way of treating me, I'll never step foot in that business again.

Horrible customer service! I was confused about a fee they charged and asked for clarification in a kind way. She responded “ o my goodness” with an attitude. If I could give them a no stars, I would.

The location is convenient, and avoids the typical long lines at a Post Office; BUT, you will typically pay a significant premium for the convenience -- I mailed a small, lightweight package using USPS Ground Advantage, and The Mail Center charged 50% more than what I would have paid at the Post Office!

The woman working there was EXTREME rude when I was inquiring about usps postage … she was patronizing saying I should call the post office before I could even finish my question (asking if they apply permit numbers for the USPS postage the use or if I should go to the post office for this)… without letting me finish my question (and not even 30 seconds into the call) she says in a huffy voice “I’m with a customer right now and no there is no place to apply a permit number for usps postage so just go to the post office for this”. I was so taken back how extremely rude and rushing to get me off the phone she was… I mean, I understand you’re with a customer, I’m happy to wait to get a professional answer… because I’m also a customer… or, was anyway.

Heather is awesome. Place is clean, staff friendly, and helpful. I buy a lot of exotic plants and seeds, always feel safe having them shipped here.

They are so consten about there personal stuff ... I send a predique care package to my brother for Xmas asked 2 employees fasted saves way , Next my packet list . They send it .. usp . I went there because I wanted ups!!!!! They did not bother to tell me
