Dinner at Fogo de Chāo was a lovely experience. Excellent food and drinks, wonderful service. Wish there we weren't so packed in, though, maybe one or two fewer tables. It felt crowded.

This place is great. A water feature with a few ducks and some shops and some nice outdoor seating in a few areas to enjoy your food or drink. Lots of parking in the back too.

It has several restaurants with new ones openingIt's an attractive mall. You can walk accross to the theater from the parking lot after you've eaten. Actually, I've visited several restaurants here since it's been open.

The Lakes is so beautiful, business struggle to thrive here because it's somehow a secret plaza. People don't think to come here and it's a real shame. The lake, the trees, the wildlife, and a park for kids make it so inviting. The city added parking in front to make it inviting, so please make your way and check it out. I hope that people will rediscover The Lakes.

What happened here? An almost empty strip mall! There is one restaurant, one frozen yogurt store, and one grocery store. There are about five empty units. It's right next to the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza. There is no where to eat!!!! Very sad that Caruso panders only to people with a lot of money. From the day the Lakes opened it was clear he had the wrong idea.

I love the atmosphere here! I wish they had more eateries and stores that could stay. The outside grassy lake area is awesome and so peaceful for being right on T.O. Blvd. I usually grab something at Lassen's and sit outside on the grass or at the almost always available tables.
