This review is not about the food. The Habit is always good. However, the one thing that can make or ruin your experience is attitude. This is the right place to come if your day is going too good and you need some frustration to bring it down. I am older and of the generation that believes human interaction is a good thing. That being said, i bypassed the order machines in order to speak to a human being. Unfortunately, the humans were too busy playing with the machines. They did not even acknowledge my presence. So my rating is a 1 star because the food is always good, but the service in this location is a negative 5 stars.

I had a milkshake, spicy crispy chicken sandwich, and fries. The milkshakes are so-so. Milkshakes across the street at Jack in the box are better. The fries are edible. The chicken sandwich was really good though. It is one of the better chicken sandwiches you can get from a burger place.

ordered a lettuce wrapped double cheese char and wow oh wow was that the best juicy burger i ever had at a habit!!! Newbury park team you guys are killing it!! the service was super good and friendly, definitely will come back for more burgers!! the ambience was great and not too busy when i walked in!!

Great location , food is always consistent and staff are always friendly. Sometimes I notice they have the order kiosks in the front that you can put in orders for self checkout and they are down, also the place is very popular during lunch rushes and they can get backed up/ have a line out the door. Casual environment indoors and they have shared seating outdoors with the other food places in the area. I recently tried their patty melt which comes with a double char on toast which is tasty. It goes really well with their ranch.

disgusting service after ordering, the staff stood there for 20 minutes just talking to each other after I reprimanded them, waited another 15 minutes for my order to be prepared... I don’t recommend anyone to eat

Advertising a free charburger when you download the app so that's what I did. Went to pickup my 3 burgers and the free one doesn't show on the receipt (it showed on the order) and the promo code was now gone. Asked the manager and he said they would make the third burger. Waiting standing there for 15 mins while they ignored me. I finally went up to the register and paid for my 3rd burger so I could go home (the rest of my order is now cold). Worst service ever! Don't count one your free promo burger!

I had never been to a Habit before, and my boyfriend told me it was one of the chains he missed from California. We stopped by for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. We both got burgers and we shared an order of the spicy tempura green beans. The burger was very good; I really liked the toasted bun and mayo. The green beans were also delicious.Great option for fast food, in my opinion.

A family favorite!! Great quality, decent prices, always fresh. Nice outdoor seat but it is by Ventura which is a major street. Indoor seating as well. Place always clean, fast service e with buzzers to alert you when food is ready.

This is my second time this week and at this point I think they have perfected the Santa Barbara Cobb Salad so next time I'm in I'll order something different and really give the cooks a challenge. Cashier up front was attentive and greeted me right away and order was out faster than expected which is a bonus! Great ambiance again!

Order is always wrong. I have a saved order and the last 4 times I have ordered with the app mayo is added. They even have 2 sections to say no to mayo and for whatever reason the burger is delivered with mayo.

My wife picked up dinner from your Newbury Park restaurant on Tuesday night (03/21/2023). We ordered 2 Charburgers with cheese, a Santa Barbara Cobb salad with extra Blue Cheese dressing, A Chicken Caesar Salad with Ranch, 1 order of onion rings and a kids meal. When my wife got home there where 2 plain burgers (we have pics) and 2 salads with NO dressing that was ordered. This was completely unacceptable and for $46.05 I was disgusted!!! On top of this, my daughter and I got food poisoning and have been home from work and school for the past 36 hours. My wife went back to the restaurant last night and there was NO manager on duty and a young lady told her they are SORRY but not allowed to issue reverse transactions and we have to contact corporate and handed her a business card. I want my money back on my CC asap! This is unacceptable! This location has gone down in quality over the years and now reached a breaking point for me and my family. ISSUE REFUND NOW or I will call my CC company.
