This place has really good workout classes available at various time in a day that will work for most of us. Classes are very engaging and fun. Workouts are interesting as they change everyday. Atmosphere is very inviting and you will be HOOKED !!!I enjoy the support groups and chat groups. They motivate you to stay on track, share various healthy delicious recipes and organize hikes during the weekend.I enjoy every class and can feel that I am getting stronger everyday.Don't think and just try a free trial class!!!

I absolutely owe my new love of fitness to The Camp. I’d been talking about starting my fitness journey for months, but didn’t know where to start. I heard about the camp from my dad and decided to check it out. I’m so glad I did. The entire staff is awesome, the front desk associates are supportive and encouraging. Aileen is an awesome person to see at 6am everyday, lol! Every one of the trainers is great and pushes you to do the best you can. It’s not easy, but it is 100% worth it. Joining the camp is probably one of the best decisions I’ve made.

I loveeeeeee it here. I get the best workouts, not just cardio, but I get personal training in a group setting along with a full eating plan. I've already lost 11 pounds in 4 weeks. The accountability is great without pressure :)

I just finished 6-week 20lbs challenge and I lost 21.5 lbs? The program is AMAZING, all of the trainers are so sweet and motivating, their classes are really fun!! Loved all of the 5am classes (Cheryl, Jesse, Spain, and Andrew) they are incredible✨ Seriously this is the best gym I’ve ever been to!! Thanks Aileen for greeting me at the door with a big smile every morning:) I highly recommend The Camp Thousand Oaks!!

After having back to back babies in the span of 3 years, I gained quite a bit of weight. I was ready to get rid of it and really needed a good program to get me on track, keep me focused and hold me accountable. This program really was a great jump start to my weight loss, but it’s not just about that, it’s a life style change. It has provided me with a guide for healthy eating and portion control. The workouts are fantastic, they are 45 min and to the point. I love that I don’t have to think, I just go and do the work, stick to the diet and that’s it! Totally do-able for anyone. I really like that the trainers don’t criticize you if you’re really out of shape and can’t keep up with all of the workouts. I’m going to continue my membership after the challenge!

I absolutely love the camp! They are so on the right side of making sure that everyone is safe and follow the protocols of the CDC guide for COVID. Our temperatures are always taking before the classes and the staff makes sure we always have the cleaning products handy. That way we can sanitize the equipment after we use them! LOVE IT!!!! I truly hope that we stay safe and I can't thank the staff and the instructors enough for taking such good care of all of us!
