Useless don't bother returning calls. Spent $3800 for my daughter's masquerade ball in Beverly Hills. Worth the trip and the expense. This store is as backward as the side of the town of Thousand Oaks where they are located.

I came in looking for a dress. The man sitting at the desk at the front door was the most rude individual I have ever come across in a retail business. He looked at me and wagged his finger not to come in and would not make anymore eye contact with me. Look at past reviews and they are not current. With so much competition today with other online options and other retail stores that have professionalism I would definitely not recommend this place. Please don't shop here. Not a way to run a business. Just a rude guy.

The man working the store was the most rude individual I've ever seen. I'm not sure if he is the owner but he wouldn't even answer a question I had. I was looking for mother of the groom dress. what a jerk! Don't do business here. Too many other options.

Purchased a dress in 2019 and can't collect the merchandise or a refund. Covid then got in the way a bit but The store posts hours they are open, they are never open. They state you should request an appointment, they don't respond. You can leave all the voice messages you want and they will never be returned. I'm now suing this company to get what I paid for. I don't understand how a place that never opens is able to pay it's rent. Perhaps it's a front for something other than wedding attire. Do business with this crooked operation at your own risk.

The worst store I’ve ever been in. My daughter purchased a dress, the wedding cancelled. The store gave me a store credit without expiration. I have been trying for three years to collect on that credit. The store is never open, they never respond to emails, no one answers the phone. These are shady at best people. I’m having to sue

This is the best bridal shop. The owner is a knowledgeable, professional and helpful person - absolutely first class. I had never tried on dresses and he and his staff were so accommodating, I felt like a queen. The dress was tailored beautifully to fit me like a glove - and was PERFECT for my wedding day.The women giving one star reveiws? These women have no clue what a professional bridal salon is. When you make an "appointment", you are reserving staff to help you find a dress. Not play dressup. This isn't Macy's. The time that is spent by the staff for an appointment is to help clients, and yes, make a purchase - it is a BUSINESS! These dresses are very expensive and not meant for a day out for you and your classless party to mar them. Make an appointment for an ettiquette class. Please.Complaining about Covid protocols that may have "inconvenienced you" is ridiculous.

I had friends drive two hours with an appointment to try on wedding dresses. I met them at the Bridal Collection so that we could enjoy this special moment. The older gentleman that was there to apparently help basically stood and pointed. After the bride to be tried on her 4th dress, we were told that she was only allowed to try on 5. What a joke. We are adults, not kids. We were respectful of the dresses, engaged him conversation and he was just plain rude!!!! Clearly in the wrong business. Don't waste your time

I want to warn others about the experience that I have had here. When I was considering buying a dress from this business I knew that I wanted a certain style and the owner insisted that I would easily be able to alter it the way I wanted to, so I bought the dress. Since then, I have found out the style number had been ripped out, with no style name or number was available to find the right fabric on either the receipt or the dress itself. The business failed to answer their phone or return my call to find out more information about the dress numerous times. It has also come to my attention that they sold me a dress from many seasons ago for top dollar and that the dress fabric is no longer being made. Had I known this information, it would have changed my decision about patronizing this business.

I've never in my life have left a bad review ever!! Wish I could leave 0 stars!! I was headed to the bridal collection after having such a nice experience at another shop down the street. With me I had 5 guest since my family is big. An older male was in charge of us that day and told us that I could only bring in 3 guests because of covid and told us another party was going to be in the store.. which was a lie. My mother in law left and my mom stood and watched from outside the window, which was just so weird to me that he was ok with that. He asked questions on what I was looking for and I could tell that he thought I didn't have money. I was getting my engagement ring a GIA engraving so I didn't have it on me during the appointment. I was wearing an old promise ring my fiancé had gotten me in the mean time... this is why you never judge a book by its cover. He told me I was only allowed to pick out 4 dresses and immediately took me over to the cheeper section. I still walked over to the higher price section and picked out a dress since money isn't an issue for my special day. He was noo help at all and I find it so weird for a man to be assisting a women at a bridal shop. My sister had to help me get the dresses on since he said only one person could go in dressing room with me. When I came out in the first dress I asked if I could take my mask off so I could see myself in the dress and he said NO... I saw a cup of champagne in the dressing room so then we asked if they offered champagne (since the store was empty and awkward) he said NO we don't have... my sister and I just looked at one another because we couldn't believe he lied to us. When it came to him clamping and adjusting the dress he was acting so weird as if he would die if he touched me. My sisters where trying to take pictures of me in the dress so I could see all angles. he freaked out everytime if he was in the shot. I was feeling one of the dresses and asked if I could try on a veil with it and he said NO!... of course! I then questioned him. It felt as if we weren't allowed to be comfortable or do anything. He finally let me try on the veil but of course I didn't get to pick. I had one more dress that I was going to try (the one from the "expensive section") . When my sister and I where putting on the dress we noticed the zipper wasn't working, we then asked if he could zip it up. He asked me to take it off so he could try cause once again he was weird with physical contact. He left and came back and said " doesn't work I have to send it back to get fixed, so you can't try it on". And walked away.... I was really bummed cause I liked that one. I then asked if I could try another dress since I didn't get to try that one on, He said yes... (finally) After that I asked if I could try on the one I liked again and he said No and that our appointment is over, even though this was the fastest dress appointment I had ever been to. I was soo blown away at how rude and unaccommodating he was towards me. There was still no one in the shop btw! I came out in my clothes and told him " I don't appreciate the way you treated me and don't appreciate that you lied to me saying there was no champagne when I saw a cup in the dressing room! That is not how you treat someone who is going to be spending 5,000 dollars on dress" his eyes widen when I told him about the cup and he claimed that it wasn't his champagne... not sure if I believe that... I then walked out and said well I really hope you're not lying.. bye! All my sisters where so angry that he did that to us Anyways I found a beautiful dress down the street at Bella Bridal. They let you try on multiple dresses, give you champagne, and let you come with as many people as you want.

Walking in to the Bridal Collection you are walking into hundreds of beautiful quality dresses. I found my perfect dress within two dresses that I tried on. Mike who was my consultant made me feel so beautiful and truly was helpful through the whole process.

Today I took my soon to be daughter in law to start the dress shopping process. I have never in my life felt so insulted and humiliated. The level of professionalism at this store is ZERO. I can’t understand how a business like this stays open. We didn’t make it past the front door. Before the appointment commenced the man at the front of the store asked our price range and proceeded to tell us that they couldn’t cater to anyone not willing to spend at least $1500. He said he didn’t want us to waste their time! My daughter in law sent emails to set up appointments beforehand and was never given this information. Shame on you THE BRIDAL COLLECTION for making us feel like peasants.The good news is that we didn’t give this business any of our money. The bad news for THE BRIDAL COLLECTION is that had my daughter in we found the dress she wanted and it was $5k I probably would’ve purchased it for her. This was the ultimate scene from the movie PRETTY WOMEN experience. Despicable!

I drove from Fresno to this bridal shop. Prices are great and I got a all in one dress!! I love it I said yes! Although they were short staffed they were very helpful and patient. I loved my dress I didn't want to take it off!

Three stars might be generous here. The store was able to accommodate me at the last minute which was nice, but backfired. I was never placed with a stylist, instead I was handled by the owners. A gentleman helped me and although he was nice, he did not actually listen to what I was looking for. He only suggested a couple of gowns which not at all what I told him I was looking for. My MOH and I mostly fended for ourselves after that. As we awkwardly navigated through the whole store to select our picks, we were not guided or helped. During the actual fitting, I believe it was one of the owners helping me, not an actual stylist. She was nice but what should be a really special experience felt very underwhelming. When I inquired about a dress in the window, I had to basically convince her that I was willing to actually purchase it. I don't believe they wanted to go through the trouble of removing it from the mannequin. Finally, she told me it was already sold and paid for. So then... why is it there? Being advertised? Without being able to try it on? So disappointing. The rest of the appointment felt rushed, and not at all special. She didn't even bother to clip the last dress I tried on. It's really difficult to visualize how a dress will look when it's nowhere near your size and unclipped. As I stood in it, she stood right beside me holding up the dress all bunched up, like she was waiting for me to finish. The service soured my experience so much, I don't imagine I will ever come back, which is a shame because their selection is promising.
