Always clean and customer service are nice and knowledgeable. I bought AirPods Pro 2nd Gen and they're perfect. Ordered ahead and was in and out within minutes.

Target is a very poorly run business . I'm not complaining about a particular store. It's corporate. There is no customer service . There is not a phone number , an email no where to speak to anyone above " the people at the store". Poor business practices . They have lost my business

I just had the most uncomfortable experience at this Target today. This morning around 10:30AM, I decided to head down to my local Target. Since this location is only 8-10 minutes away from my home. I love this Target and have never had any issues, BUT, I have heard and seen a few things on Social Media about Scouters / Predators in this store. As I arrived to Target and started walking up to the entrance, I noticed a white male standing outside of the entrance doors on the left side of the Target. I noticed a Man and Woman passing by him and handing him, what it looked like to be, money. This Man did not look homeless, but you could tell he may have been on something as he was acting " strange" and pacing back and forth. As I continued to walk up to the front of Target to enter, I noticed two male teens walk in front of me to go inside of the Target. The Man did not stop them nor did he say anything as they passed by. BUT, when I was arriving to the entrance, the Man looked at me, and probably noticed I was a female all alone, and he approached me and said " Excuse me, I seem to be lost. May I borrow your phone?" I looked at him and immediately said " NO!". This interaction made me very uncomfortable, as he had only stopped myself to ask that question. This Man did not try to stop and ask this question to the two male teens who walked in before me, nor the Man and Woman who gave him money. I ended up staying in the Target a little bit longer than I wanted to, as I felt very uncomfortable being a woman alone. Luckily, I always carry my pocket knife and pepper spray on hand. I went to the Returns Counter, returned an item, and also told the young man working about the incident. He had mentioned that this man has done this before, and he notice that the man tries to stop women to help him. IF THIS IS TRUE, WHY ARE THE COPS NOT BEING CALLED ?! I understand they may not be able to do anything, since the man isn't causing any harm ( yet ) , but as a woman shopping alone, we shouldn't have to worry about things such as this at our local stores! This review isn't to bash this Target location, THIS IS ONLY TO EDUCATE WOMAN TO BE ON HIGH ALERT EVEN IN YOUR LOCAL NEIGHBORHOOD STORES

Excellent friendly customer service! This Target store is very clean and well stocked, there were several cashiers available at the checkout stands as well.Got everything I needed at a good price.

I love this target and the employees are great! Especially Shelly at the customer service counter. I am a mama with two little kids, so I got my hands full. I had to make a quick return and Shelly entertained my kiddos during the transaction and even gave them Target stickers. My little boy is obsessed with stickers so this was perfect! Thank you so much Shelly for making my sons day and putting a huge smile on my face!!

A solid four stars for what they offer but customer service is lacking. The store is mostly clean but can be very disorganized and the paging system, at the end of the aisles, when you need an employee doesn't seem to be something this store takes seriously. I've found myself wandering on several occasions looking for an employee. I love the drive up service but that too can be lacking. Today I went into the store and found items on the shelf that drive up cancelled as "unable to fulfill." Either they couldn't find them (store disorganized) or didn't try hard. Either way the service is consistently lacking but I find it hard to give up my target. We even have visited the optical location here (I'll review that later) and the Starbucks inside. Overall it's a "recommends with reservations" from this target shopper.

What keeps me coming back to Target is the bright white, shiny floors! It gives a refreshing and clean environment and pleasant for shopping. Most Target stores have the same consistency of cleanliness and organization, this store is no different. I went to the store for a specific item that seemed to be out of stock. I've noticed that some products are sparse these days... can't argue with supply chain issues, but it's disappointing to see bare shelves.

I went to make a return on sports cards that I I purchased online and the workers at the customer service desk told me they don't take sports cards back which isn't true. The online item clearly says I am allowed to return in the store. The worker told me that this is the policy throughout all targets and even when I showed him the barcode on my phone he said that doesn't mean anything. He said "it's like if you paid with cash, there's also a barcode." I don't even know what that means. I contacted target online and spoke to a manager and they told me that I am allowed to return the item and gave me the written policy on the terms which my item was eligible for return. I hope this Target updates it's workers on what is and isn't allowed so they don't waste my time again. If Target is reading this feel free to contact me as I have a reference number to this issue.

I rate the employees 5 stars... The management must be the worst. I called this store several times over a period of 2 hours. No one answers the phone!! How can you be interested in your profits if you do not answer your phones to customers. I ended up ordering on Amazon!

I love this Target, but on Sunday, this place was out of control. Kids screaming at the top of their lungs, ripping product open, playing with the sports equipment in the aisles. I went into the changing room and could hear what sounded like a family of about 14 before I even got to the section of the store the rooms are located. I tried to ignore it but the kids were SLAMMING doors (like opening and closing and opening and closing and slamming over and over again), screaming, begging to go home, begging they want this toy, they want that. I'm talking 8-10 year old boys trying to rip open the doors while mom, grandma, and others try on blouses and totally ignore it. I asked them to please stop once but it was ignored. I came out of the changing room expecting there to be not an employee in sight but there was an elderly employee standing there folding clothes...it was absurd. Maybe it's because I manage a retail store myself that parents often mistake for a public park, but if parents aren't doing their jobs, there's a point when an employee/manager needs to step in and ask them to bring it down a notch or please step outside. During this time there was also a child with (what seemed to me) to be severe autism who was having a moment, and kids were screaming so loud at the top of their lungs that the kid was freaking out and the mother couldn't calm him down. There's no reason kids under like 12 should be alone in public for many, many reasons, and just because the parents have to deal with the consequences of their poor parenting skills, doesn't mean we all do, too. I literally had to plug my ears and I left before buying what I really wanted because it involved going near the dressing rooms again. I guess this review is mostly for the parents who let their kids treat this place like trash, but at the end of the day the employees are the ones who need to have the initiative to enforce customers being respectful to their store and to other customers.

Favorite employees have left. Many empty shelves. Lots of decor and clothing which makes me feel further divided and, thus, not enjoying my shopping experience. Parking lot dirty, littered. I only shop here before dark as some interesting individuals are now in the parking area. Sad to see such a decline, especially in this great area.

Beware this store sells fraudulent American Express gift cards. I purchased a $100 American Express gift card in the gift card section and turns out it was compromised. I had the card in my possession the entire time after purchase and days later it was used in Santa Fe Springs. I've tried so hard to get my money back but neither Target or American Express will acknowledge that they sold me a fraudulent card! Do not buy from this store given this shady practice.

The Target app lied to me! They Said A & D original Diaper Rash ointment was in stock at Thousand Oaks only seven left but apparently not true because the incompetent idiot personal shopper canceled the part of my order that was the only reason for doing same day delivery in the first place. Why did you lie to me Target? I hate you so much! You made me waste my money for nothing! NOTHING!!!! What is your problem? Same day delivery is the worst cause the "Personal Shoppers" are all so incredibly incompetent. FIX YOUR DAMN APP AND WEBSITE!!!!!!!!

The employees working the drive up pick up tonight were extremely rude. And tossed in my eggs very carelessly and with attitude. Seemed obvious they didn't like being there. Which is not the customers fault. Customer service seems to just be getting worse these days.
