TERRIBLE! I had my driver license with my old address along with a electricity bill and vehicle registration with my new address but they wanted to send me to DMV to get a new license so they can sell me a gun. Went to Greta's Guns in Simi and they accepted my documents without giving me any hassle. Stay away from this store. They are unprofessional.

I brought my Sig Sauer P238 into TA and asked them to Cerakote the slide to match the gunmetal finish of the lower as best as possible / using their best judgement of color choice, and install some upgraded sights. They gave me a fantastic price, the coating looks great and matches the lower incredibly well, and I look forward to giving them more gunsmithing business/projects. Would highly recommend!

This place is really fantastic. They spend their time with you, they don’t push anything on you and are very knowledgeable. I didn’t really compare prices but it seems reasonable. I can see why they have so many good reviews, they really answer every question.

This place is awesome. They take their jobs seriously and you can tell they take a lot of pride in their work. Treated me like a brother and the prices were great. Keaton is the man, and helped me from start to finish. Will only buy my firearms & ammo from TA moving forward, all around an amazing experience and couldn’t recommend them more.

Just picked up a new pistol from Tactical Arms. These guys are great and am each time I'm there I'm always treated with respect and patience. They're a wealth of knowledge and you can tell they have a lot of pride in their work and take their jobs seriously. I've been to a few other gun stores and didn't really feel the love but TA took care of me like I was a brother. Special shoutout to Keaton. The guy helped me out the whole way and even took the time to show me a few tips for my new Beretta since I've never handled one. If you're looking for a firearms store in the 805, trust me look no further. Thanks Tactical Arms team, can't wait to come back soon.

Super friendly staff and great selection. I was so intimidated to go into a gun store and my anxiety left the second I was helped by Alex and Keaton. They were very patient with me as I had no prior knowledge and really took the time to educate me and show me what I needed. Everyone was super knowledgeable and the prices are very reasonable.
