Nice staff, but don’t do what they say they were going to do. Fluids not filled, lights, not checked, and the service computer not reset. They charge too much to be this inattentive.
Technician broke my dipstick and immediately offered to replace. They promised to follow up by email or text message when it arrived. Guess we’ll see.

Service was excellent but price charged for a simple oil change exceeded $200.00. Last oil change I got on my other car was $130.00 which was acceptable. $200.00+ is crazy in my books. I know what a gallon of oil and a filter costs. I will no longer support them. Rather go to my mechanic and get the same service for $120.00 months

Went here the other day for a general oil change. While I was there they told me I needed all these liquid levels changed out and re filled. They scared me so I went to an auto shop. $200 later they tell me all my levels are fine. To top it off, vavoline left all my tires flat and left the caps to my tires loose so I got all flats on the freeway going home. Quite irritated, but I’ll just not be lazy next time and do my own oil change. Not coming here again.

Amazing service! Price was great. Staff is very friendly and informative of services carried out. Didn't feel ripped off or taken advantage of at all, which is typical of woman visiting auto shops. Highly recommend

I hadn't changed my oil since COVID and needed a quick solution for my busy schedule. I was very pleased with the work at Valvoline. My dad didn't like the price and suggested Walmart, but this location is more convenient for me. The staff here are trustworthy, friendly, and provide great customer service. Plus, after your first oil change, they give a 20% coupon for future changes, making the price comparable to Walmart. Highly recommend!

I went about a month ago with a Groupon and my experience was fine. They did advise me to buy a new battery even though mine is only 2 years old and my multimeter says it's fine, but up selling is probably a part of the job, so it's whatever. My actual gripe and the reason for the low review is that my car's tire pressure light has been on since. I admittedly ignored the light for longer than I should have (I don't drive far or often), but they were substantially overfilled. All of them were 41-44 and my recommended PSI is 32 for the back and 33 for the front. I don't know if they had someone new working who made a mistake, if they wanted me to have to buy new tires, or what; but I wanted to warn others in case a more substantial mistake happens to them

Who would’ve thought an oil change would be enjoyable?! The people working on my car were nice and not pushy about add on services. They provided me with that info I needed and I didn’t leave feeling ripped off. I’m new to the area and this will be the place I go moving forward.

These guys were very fast and efficient. In and out in less than 15 minutes. They checked fluid levels and tire pressures and reset my dashboard message. I will be going here again and again!

THIS IS THE PLACE TO CHANGE YOUR OIL!! You are hanging out in your car, you can even take a nap while they change your oil. Unmatchable experience!! Sergio is the best! Customer service always mean repeated bu$ine$$!!! Way to go Valvokine!! Adrian also is a great guy!!! Will be coming back in 5000 miles later. See you soon! ?
