Not the best. Called for a second appt with the gal I liked. Was told ok but when I got there was told she wasn’t in that day and they switched me to someone else that I didn’t like.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience.Nicole is a flawless extension and color specialist. I've had extensions for 13 years and done in 3 different states. states. So I know from experience how Excellent Nicole's work is and the quality of product is amazing. I'll be a client for life.

Made an appointment with Blyane for my daughter's wedding. He did a fantastic job with my hair. I wanted curls that can withstand the hot weather and last till midnight. He gave me excellent advice on how to style it, and it worked! Loved the atmosphere at the studio. They have caring staff that take pride in their work and skills. Thank you ?

Can't imagine anyone else doing extensions as well as Danielle. She is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. In addition, she is personable, compassionate, and fun! The rates are reasonable. Parking is easy. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the camaraderie among the other stylists is that of an extended family. It's obvious that they care about each other as well as their clients.

My co-worker was celebrating her 40th last Friday and I knew she need a self care day and a new look. I practically forced her to get her hair done. It was VERY last minute but she called Studio One and they got her in. She met with Ashley who made her feel gorgeous. Once Ashley found out it was her birthday, the salon sang for her. When she was leaving Ashley said she (my co-worker) could come back anytime that day to touch-up her curls. If that isn't above and beyond, I don't know what is. It's Monday morning and she has spent the last hour talking about her experience at this salon. When I saw the pictures my jaw dropped. You guys definitely scored some new clients.

I had booked an appointment for 5 and when I arrived the woman claimed that she had no time to do my hair. I left disappointed and confused since I had already booked an appointment. As I was walking to my car another woman named Rena from the salon overheard and said wait I'll give you a free a haircut tomorrow since that was not right. So I came the next morning and she cut and blow dried and curled my hair. It was one of the nicest haircuts I ever got. Thanks to Rena!!!

I went to Alexandra and LOVE her. She did my blonde color and a Brazilian - my first time getting that done. I won't be going anywhere else for my hair from now on.

Scheduled eyebrow and upper lip threading first thing in the morning. First, lady was late to the appointment by almost 20 minutes. Second, the thread kept breaking multiple times (I've never had this happen with any other places before). Third, she just left all the hair on my face, didn't offer a tissue or brush off the excess hair. The only thing she did was put some toner and that seemed like an afterthought. Came home and after washing my face it's clear she didn't do a good job- hair still there where it is not supposed to be. Left feeling with a bad feeling.

Cannot sing enough praises for Aly! She's so chill, so funny, and did my keratin treatment in less than an hour!! My hair feels amazing! The salon is gorgeous inside, everyone is so sweet and friendly, and it's so clean! Will definitely be coming back, not just for the hair treatments, but the people too!

Best salon anywhere I have extensions and they are beautiful and natural looking. The salon is wonderful and all the people working there are terrific! i have gotten more compliments on my hair after going to Salon one than any other hair place.... i recommend them, you won't be sorry....

I had my first appointment here today and had a Brazilian blowout done by Nicole. She went over what to expect, as well as pricing, with me prior to starting my appointment. She was incredibly warm and friendly from the start and I had such a lovely time chatting with her while she did my hair. I didn't even notice that 1.5 hours had gone by. She is so talented at what she does and I'm so excited for my next appointment with her!

Justin did my hair and holy s*** it looks incredible!!! Everyone who works here is super friendly and nice. The studio vibe is really relaxing and comfortable. We moved to TO not too long ago and I needed to find a new salon and this is it, I'm never going anywhere else!

I went in a few months ago had 8 tape extensions added and totally took advantage of me because they charged me $50 for each one ( totally ripped me off ) 2 days later all 8 of them fell out when I showered went back the next day to put them back in! Nervous about them coming out again I went In 2 days later to get a wash,blow dry & style & again charged me $80 for the worst blowout my hair looked better before he touch my hair. I call and complained and was told that I could come back and given 2 free blowouts. But I wasn’t going to go back after 3 times of the worst experience ever ! I really don’t think they know what they’re doing there. Totally over charged since they were making up prices as they go ! There are so many other places that you can go to and prices are reasonable and the work is so much better. They’re just Kids working there not much experience at all as it shows in their work obviously! I have been looking for a new hairstylist since a long now and I am delighted to find Nicole @ Studio one ! The studio is cute and welcoming and so are the people. The place has such a good vibe. Nicole is such a talented hairstylist who will listen to your needs with patience and recommend a style based on your needs. She gave me a lovely haircut and I can't wait to go back to her to get my partial highlights done now ! If you are looking for a hairstylist, ask for Nicole and you will not be disappointed :) You will be in good hands with her.
