I have a Target and MULTIPLE Starbucks closer to me but purposely go to the TO one just because Nina makes the best Starbucks I've had in my entire life. My friend and I go on the occasional weekday just to get a drink made by her. The best Double Chocolatey Chip EVER!!! Thank you, Nina!!

The Hispanics woman who was working there yesterday was less than friendly while I was ordering. I asked for half the caffeine in my drink because I am 8months pregnant and she seemed very annoyed. And then I asked if I could get an ice water with my order and she literally rolled her eyes at me and said sure! So rude!

I was in Target today to do some shopping and decided to stop by this Starbucks to grab coffee and breakfast before running errands. There was quite a line in front of me but it was moving relatively fast. When I got closer to the counter, I realized there is only one person working there; Zach was the only employee helping customers. Apparently his coworker called in sick today and he was managing the store alone. Since I'm professionally trained in Lean Six Sigma I'm very observant to the presence or lack of efficiency in any setup. I was amazed how Zach managed to move the line pretty fast single handedly. He was running the register and preparing coffees and breakfasts very efficiently while maintaining high standard of hygiene practices. He surely knows his way around. I think his professionalism and sense of responsibility should be commended. Thank you Zach.

I waited until all the foam settled down before touching my green tea latte because I don't think asking for light ice justifies shorting me 1/4 of my drink.

Came to the register but nobody was there, I didn't mind waiting until someone was available. After a few minutes and looking at me multiple times, a worker sitting in the corner told me the girl who was on shift (who I couldn't see behind a wall) was on her break. I said "no worries and no rush!" I wasn't in a hurry and was fine waiting and asked "how much longer her break would be," again no rush just curious as I wouldn't mind going to the drive through down the street if her break just started and didn't want her to feel rushed at all. The other worker asked the girl on her break (who I couldn't see) then responded saying she had 6 more minutes. I again said no worries and waited... until I saw the worker I was speaking with role her eyes and mock me to the girl on her break. She insinuated how rude of ME to inquire about how much longer she had on her break. I left and went somewhere else.
