I ran out of gas on the 401. He was polite, prompt and even went above and beyond by letting me use his jumpers after my battery died. Very fair price, considering how unsafe it is to be stuck on the highway. I definitely recommend this company and specifically, this gentleman.

Called because I needed a jump start for my car- the valet switch the setting on the headlights so they didn't shut off. Quoted 125 and 30 min wait. 30 mins later I get a call from 866-719-2151 asking if I got the authorization form via SMS. I said no. They quickly texted a new one. On the form it asked for a pic of my CDL, Billing address, last 4 numbers of Credit Card. The form was from Sunrise Road Service - a Broker of Service. $109 cancellation charge. Bottom line I don't do business where I have to send PII data via text which makes it vulnerably to identity theft and puts the company requesting it at liability according CCPA. It may very well be a legitimate business that runs the ad and refers the request to partner companies. But I did not want to risk it. Roy's Towing came out and gave am jump in 20mins

Excellent recovery time at around 40 mins and reasonable cost considering the other options. Safe delivery of my vehicle to the garage. Would use the service again.

Had issue with a lost car key today and car was parked at my daughters place of employment. Major issue as the spare key would not work as the alarm was activated. Sam came out to help us and was just awesome! Assisted us with finding and getting the car to a company who could help us disconnect the alarm. Sam, was on time and did not take long to detect the fix the issue. He also provided some sound advises for better maintenance of car. Overall, I liked the service.

They were extremely helpful as well as prompt. The first time they came out right away and jump started my vehicle. The next morning my car did not start again and I called to have it towed to the dealership. However, the technician tested my battery right then and there on the spot and determined all I needed was a new battery. I would highly recommend this companies services

Amazing service atba great price! These are the only guys I will use from now on. Even my dealership guys asked how the experience of the tow was and I told them look at the Yelp ratings and it speaks for itself! Service Department review: I recently brought my 2012 Tiguan in for a checkup -- the panoramic moonroof wouldn't seal tightly and the engine was intermittently stalling a low RPM. It turned out the latter was a warranty covered fuel-pump issue while the former was the result of a small rock lodged in the sunroof tracking. Nonetheless, Pignataro fixed the sunroof without charge. Overall, dealing with the service department was very pleasant (props to Trevor) -- by far, my best VW service experience to date. If the rest of the dealership operates similarly, then Pignataro is an excellent establishment. In a world where car dealerships have trouble breaking 2-stars on Yelp, the current 4-star rating is unheard of....

They are the best in towing prices and theres no limits as to what they will do to make a customer happy the owner Victor runs his business truly based on customer satisfaction and I would strongly recomend V&U Towing Services for any type of towing needs you need there may be a tiny wait but its worth it
