Repair tech says I need a new modem. Customer service says it is a general outage. Maintenance sup say no outage. 3 of 8 neighbors have outage. No internet the whole day. Now need to drive 15 miles to get a new modem which may not be a problem. Image that a communication company which provides contradictory messaging

Had a great experience with the Spectrum Thousand Oaks location. Trever was very helpful and had me in and out with new mobile service within 10 mins. Really glad I switched over from T-mobile.
