Zero star!!!! they charged my insurance company $1300. My insurance company paid almost $700 for a visit to see a therapist which just for a lot of stretching, stepping, bending, that kind of thing. it’s like you going to a gem with a personal trainer for ~ 20 min or so. She also helped other clients at the same time. The cost is outrageous I wasn’t seeing an MD! The service was so so.Don’t support this business!!!

Dr. Molnar is my "go to" for any initial orthopedic consultation or referral to a specialist when needed. His care has enhanced my quality of life without surgery providing treatment and/or referring me to specialists as appropriate. His office staff is superb in their care and concern for my welfare. I have referred others to him who have been equally impressed with his knowledge and veracity. By reading my emails and responding quickly he figured out that I might have a DVT and while i was on vacation in Hawaii, sent me to an ER where it was diagnosed, avoiding a potential crises on my overseas flight back home where if the clot had traveled it could have caused a potentially terminal heart attack or stroke over the ocean.

The ONLY reason I give it only one star is because of the Pain Management doctor that I had to deal with at SCOI. I had knee replacement surgery three weeks ago with Dr. Bawa and he was one of the best doctors I have ever been to and my knee is amazing! The entire process with him was very well managed and easy and the results couldn’t be better. Make sure you have a pain management system before you have any surgery there though, DO NOT use the Pain Management doctor at SCOI. Trust me, you want a doctor who listens, is available, and doesn’t treat you like a drug seeker when you still need medication just two weeks after surgery when the pain is still very real. That experience for me was so awful that I gave it the lowest rating. Even a nurse there apologized for him. Just make sure you have that base covered first and you’ll be in great hands! Dr. Bawa is amazing.

From the first contact, the team at SCOI was fantastic! From expediting my surgery to accommodate my schedule to helping to fix some medication/pharmacy issues, they went above and beyond for me. I wouldn't hesitate to refer anyone to SCOI and Dr. Castaneda and her team - they are all outstanding!

This was my second time needing the services at SCOI. I thought Dr. Castaneda listened, educated me, answered all my questions. I never felt rushed and I trusted her advice 100%. Would want to work with her again if I ever needed to, but hope I don't... :)

I had a tear of my bicep tendon in my right arm. I am an active person and I play Disc Golf all the time. The injury became so bad I was in pain all the time. I was 55 when I had my surgery. I started playing disc golf again in 6 months and about 14 months later, April 2023, I won my first tournament and July 2023 I played in the World Amateur Disc Golf championship in Flagstaff. I am pain free and my arm feels great. Just follow your PT schedule to make sure you get the best result. Thanks Dr. Getelman.

Last few times I waited an hour and a half to see the doctor’s PA (1hr and 25min waiting at time of this review) Lots of grumpy people like me in the waiting room. Mediocre care as well. PT was right about this place. My care is getting a little stale here. Time to move on for my health.

Dr was great but as for getting me the help I needed they don’t call you back I have left so many voice mails and they don’t return calls - can barley walk and need epidural yet the nurse never calls me back -

Dr. Bahk did surgery on my shoulder and has been amazing; however, it is extremely difficult to get ahold of people at this office.. from questions about my care, to medication concerns, to scheduling physical therapy, it’s like pulling teeth. A lack of consistency is frustrating and difficult to deal with. It’s a shame because the care when you’re actually inside the office is amazing. They just need a better communication system.

The Rehab staff was the best! Jessica L. and Michael resolved my “frozen shoulder” diagnosed by Dr. Molnar In just a few painful months. Their care was to the point and yet with a touch of humor and care. Definitely recommend to ask for them.

Dr. Getelman put my shoulder back together. The rotator cup tendon was severed and the biceps tenden was 50% gone due to ostero arthritis. He put everything back together and thanks to awesome physical therapy I'm back at almost a normal activity level after 4 months post-op.

Best orthopedic care around. Hubby had his hip replaced in Van Nuys and he was home able to walk at 1 pm same day.
