I want to praise Vince for taking such good care of me ..I had a disaster with another store as my cushion was stuffed improperly ...Vince is truly the best and he did his best in a timely manner to straighten out the problem ..I will continue to do biz with Vince who owns several stores ...Thousand Oaks and Santa Barbara and a few more ....Thank you Vince for everything ..You are a gent and a true pleasure to do biz with ...On another note I posted photos of what Vic did out of the Santa Monica location ...Needless to say I would never do biz with the Montana Store as its a different operation and I stand by that review however Vince is a totally different story ..Talk soon Vince and thx..Phyllis

This is my second purchase from this company. It's an amazing family own business local to California. Custom orders are delivered in 6 weeks or less. Awesome selection of fabrics and your design will be made to you specifications precisely. I'm so happy I've been showing off my amazing sofas to all my friends. I got a call from the fabricator confirming all my requests, how comforting that was to actually talk to the person who was working on my sofa fabrication. What ever your taste or vision is, they will help you have exactly what you want at a price that's reasonable. Perfect in my opinion!

If you're looking for a beautiful, custom-made, high quality sofa, this is the place for you. We love our new sofa and ottoman. Caryn could not have been more helpful and kind. She has great decorating ideas and made sure we were satisfied in every respect. I'm so glad we decided to purchase our living room furniture at Sofa U Love!

We love our sofa it's perfect! There were a couple issues with our custom sofa but Sofas U Love exceeded our expectations and made sure everything was addressed and made sure we were happy. I highly recommend coming here for your next sofa it's worth it.

Sofa U Love is a god send if you are not finding what you want in your local stores or online. We looked for months and then my dental hygienist told me about Sofa U Love. After just one phone call, Staci from the Thousand Oaks store had my confidence. She was attentive to and interested in our design, talked to the carpenter in their factory for us, and helped us develop our ideas over several weeks. She was so patient and supportive, and she really helps you look through all the fabric swatches. The store is amazing, holds many excellent models of what Sofa U Love is capable of, and Staci gives excellent personalized service. The ability to create any shape and style sofa you can think of is incredible, but this store wouldn't be a success without great sales people like Staci.

I had my shabby chic sofa re-upholstered at Sofa U Love, and it turned out beautiful. They helped me find gorgeous velvet fabric to use, and I am very happy with it. Whenever my kids get food on it, I can very easily wipe it off because the fabric is stain resistant, which is a definite plus. I also just had some of the pillows on my couch re-stuffed and they did an excellent job. Good service, professional and competitive prices!

Sofas u love is the only place I would ever buy a sofa. They are very helpful and intent on making the customer happy. We had several changes we wanted to make after our order was completed and they were so friendly in helping us get the perfect sofa! Everyone including the great delivery man was a real pleasure to deal with. We have used this Thousand Oaks store twice and will be back when anyone in our family needs a sofa.

So much to rave and love about this store. They have wide selection of wonderful masterpieces of sofas. And you can ask them to customize for you based on your preferences. I've been to a lot of stores and got pleased only in this place. I ordered for my own version of ultra suede, walnut colored Hollywood Sectional from them for less than $3500! Everyone at home loves it.

I recently went into Sofa U Love for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised with the variety and quality of selections! I love how you can pretty much customize anything you want! Also, they have wonderful customer service! Staci was beyond helpful and I highly recommend this store to anyone looking to buy or create beautiful furniture!

I have had the good fortune to work with Alina at the Thousand Oaks Store for Sofa U Love and my experience was exceptional. Alina is an outstanding designer and person. I started with just getting a new slipcover for my sofa I had purchased from them 10 years ago and was so pleased with it that with Alina's help I re-uphosted my living room sectional I had purchased from Ethan Allen and also a large armless chair plus two ottomans. I can't say enough good things regarding Alina and the professionalism she exhibits and her gift for design. She is unique and wonderful to work with.

Prices are pretty competitive, great service. We bought dining set and sofa from here few months back. They looked at pictures of our living room and gave us many good ideas. Our furniture was delivered on time and assembled very professionally.

Staci is such a good person she really worked with me and was concearned about my needs. She's a mom with a family and understands how that factors in.Sofa u Love is lucky they have her and I'm sure that's why they hired her. So go in and see her you won't be disappointed and if you have kids slip covers are the only way to go, you can't stick a sofa in your machine but you can put slip covers. Thank you Staci for all uour help your a very gracious person.

Our experience at Sofa U Love was outstanding! We worked with Caryn who has forty years experience and a degree in textiles. Her knowledge is unparalleled. It is a family business in the area for decades. We were so pleased with the outcome of our visit! Caryn helped us build the perfect sectional sofa for our space. Their factory is in Hollywood so we will have our sofa in eight weeks instead of six months other stores were quoting us. Do yourself a favor and shop at Sofa U Love!

We were in the market for a leather couch and went to Sofa U Love not knowing too much about the company. We met their Design Consultant, Caryn McShane. Caryn did a great job in answering all of our questions and even came to the house and made recommendations that helped us reach a decision on our couch. I can honestly say that this company is 100% focused on customer service and will do whatever it takes to make sure their clients are totally satisfied with their purchase.
