Sharon and Snoozzz Organics Mattresses and More has been my family's go-to vendor for our mattress needs for almost a decade. From our babies' crib mattresses to our kingsize, two queensize and three twins, they've been there. I drive all the way up from Mid-City Los Angeles because Sharon knows exactly how to match us with the perfect beds when it comes to comfort, safety, green and within our budget. She's an amazing human being and incredible salesperson that knows these products inside and out. I purchased two new mattresses and a gorgeous wooden headboard from Snooze Organics. The owner Sharon was extremly helpful without being pushy. Her delivery was reasonalbe and top notch as far as the way they carefully handled the items inside of my home. The matresses are INCREDIBLY comfortable, all organic, using natural products that are sustainable. I also bought these fabulous organic sheets and duvets. I highly reccomend Snooze if you are looking for a new mattress. I might also add that I personally prefer to support the smaller business's in the area.

I received my new Organic mattress and beautiful reclaimed wood platform yesterday, and I love them! I had the first good nights sleep I’ve had in a while.The only thing as wonderful as this mattress, is the Customer Service I received from the owner Sharon. She is so knowledgeable and had me try many mattresses to find the perfect one. She also didn’t hesitate to accommodate my request for a vegan mattress, having them make it without the wool. I honestly couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much, Sharon!

Snoozzz Organics is well worth the trip from LA to Thousand Oaks to find the best natural mattress. The owner Sharon Cook is amazing. She is so very thoughtful, helpful, and as others have pointed out on yelp, she does go the extra mile! We love our new bed! It's perfectly firm and we replaced our foundation. We are very happy customers!

We visited multiple mattress stores online and in person (including an exclusive naturepedic mattress store, which is the mattress we actually purchased) before discovering Snoozz. We were pleasantly surprised to have found an old school, small business like this still in operation. Exceptional one on one service from Sharon helped us choose the best fit for our needs. Mattress arrived as stated and we were promptly contacted for pick up. We also received a thoughtful handwritten thank you card in the mail following our purchase, which we felt was a nice personal touch. We will definitely shop there again and recommend to others.

I wanted to wait a couple of weeks with our new bed and pillows before writing a review to really give a true assessment. We moved to LA about 6 years ago and tried a 'bed in a box' for convenience during the move. Honestly, it wasn't that bad the first 4 years or so but lost its shape after 6 years of use and we both started having aches and pains. I searched far and wide for a new mattress and came upon Snoozzz Organics. I have a mild latex allergy and shared all of my concerns. Sharon pointed me in the right direction finding a bed that's main layer against me would not be latex, though even in the store I found I wasn't having the typical reaction I do to latex beds...I feel that has something to do with the type and quality of beds Sharon chooses it really is the best of the best. I laid on the softest mattress in the store she recommended and absolutely fell in LOVE. It had the perfect balance of support and comfort. My husband then came the next day and we tried it and knew it was the one. Sharon also gave us amazing options for body pillows since we are side sleepers and was able to custom make mine with wool instead of latex! We also got an amazing mattress protector that was organic and felt so luxurious. Delivery and takeaway of our old mattress was a breeze. We can both safely say that we haven't slept this well in YEARS! We both look forward to climbing into our organic cocoon every night surrounded by a plush supportive bed and pillows. I wake up with no aches and pains now which I haven't had in years...we feel refreshed and it really does make a difference in our day feeling well slept and not tired from a poor nights sleep. It was well worth the effort and search and we know now that we will never mess with a bed in a box again after finding a 'real' mattress with everything we need. This place is unlike any mattress store and their selection is the best I've seen, highly recommend!

I cannot say enough great things about Snoozzz Organic Mattress Store in Thousand Oaks CA. Sharon, the owner went the extra mile and then some with getting me with the most wonderful mattress and foundation. She had knowledge and patience and gave me the time I needed with making this important purchase. Just to go to the store was a pleasant experience, let alone the quality merchandise and variety that the store has on the floor. This kind of help is almost unheard of in this time of buying beds online. Way to iffy for such an important purchase. I will ad that the delivery men, Taz and Jeff were so professional and will be using Taz Deliveries in the future. Sharon and Taz Deliveries made this purchase pleasant and stress free. Best matress I've ever had! We went in to talk to Sharon, the owner who is SO knowledgeable! My husband and I have totally different tastes in comfort. We decided that we wanted an eastern king (which is 2 twin XL's). So Sharon helped us each choose what we love, AND then added the split adjustable base! My man loves his Zero gravity setting! So we thought it would take 2-3 months to arrive... but it came early, literally 2 days after I had a horrific accident. So my "hospital bed" came at the perfect time!!! Go see Sharon! She is the best!!!

We're lucky to have this store! Sharon is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She has a wonderful selection of organic items in addition to the organic mattresses. I have purchased an excellent topper for my mattress as well as wonderful sheets and pillows. I'll be needing a new mattress soon and it's a relief to know that I can go to Snoozzz to actually try out which one would be the most comfortable.

The best place to buy a mattress! After finally buying a house, we wanted to upgrade our bed and mattress, and had looked at a good handful of stores and mattresses before coming here. This was by far the best shopping experience, and we ended up purchasing both our mattress and bed here. Sharon kept us updated on our order, and provided excellent customer service. When we wanted to swap out a latex layer for a softer one, she made it super easy to do so - probably even easier than it would have been if we'd purchased directly from Naturepedic. The delivery/set up team was great as well. We have a very tight staircase in our house, and they managed to get everything up it without an issue.
