Our salesman was nice. However when I asked for clarity on the 90 day return policy, he said we would get the entire price back minus the $249 delivery fee. This seemed reasonable. So we ordered the bed. Unfortunately it didn’t work for us and we had to return it after 80 days. When we called we were told there is also a $249 (plus tax) return fee. This was never mentioned by our salesperson. When I called our store and then their corporate offices, I was told I should have read the contract more carefully and that this was my fault. I told them I was trusting their sales person to tell me the truth. I don’t think he was being dishonest. He was very nice. But he didn’t give me the accurate information. And when I checked the contract only says there is a return fee, without specifying how much it is. So they could have made up any number. As it is, it is costing us 25% of our purchase price ($530+) for their money back guarantee. If I had known that we would not have made the purchase.

My wife and I bought our bed at the Thousand Oaks store and dealt with Jeff. He was well informed about the beds and did not push or hard sell us. We purchased the bed on Black Friday and Jeff is holding off delivery while we finish up our renovation project. I am looking forward to sleeping on our new bed.

The Sleep Numbers store was in the Topanga Plaza Mall in Woodland Hills area, Not Thousand Oaks Store. The Thousand Oaks Store Manager was working the Topanga Plaza Mall store the day I purchased my new Sleep Numbers bed. Darian was very helpful by showing me the firmest mattress they had. After delivery, I can add to this review.

Salesman Mo told me on Saturday 4/01 when I purchased the bed that he might be able to get me a sooner delivery date than 4/18 that he would follow up on Monday 4/3 but he didn’t tell me he was off until 4/6 so I was not to happy about that. Other than that good service

My husband and I had the the greatest shopping experience ever at the Sleep Store in Thousand Oaks. The salesmanship was more then superior. On top of perfect customer service these guys made the experience FUN! Both of them were comfortable to talk to as well as down to earth. We were given detailed information and spent all the time we needed. Both my husband and I gave them an A plus!!!!!!!Thank you guys we received our shipment and the products are beautiful.Thank you for making a shopping experience a really great time!!!!

I was initially thrilled with my Sleep Number bed but, dealing with Customer Service has been quite challenging. They want to charge you upfront before they ever diagnosis what's gone wrong with the bed. I was NOT impressed by their assistance in trouble shooting and getting my bed back on track when it malfunctioned.

The beds are awesome. I am glad I got the bed, helped relieve my hip pain. Expensive but worth every penny. I'm still searching for the right pillow. Mahan was very patient and knowledgeable. I've been very happy with my experience.

Purchasing the bed was easy. I was a little discouraged because the first bed mattress and size I tried didn't help my back issue. The second bed he recommended was perfect!Did not bother my back at all. If the mattress does not work we can return it and try another.We were informed that the actual adjustable part of the bed is not returnable. That's okay.When we get our new bed I will post another review.Happy Sleeping!
