Service Center has crummy customer service. Will only fix your Buick under certain conditions, even that is anyone's guess. I recommend you avoid this place.

I stopped by the other day to get my car key fob fixed and had a better experience than I expected thanks to Eric from the parts department. He was super friendly, professional and helpful. Eric analyzed the problem and fixed the key by going above and beyond to find a replacement one that had been damaged. He also gave me a fair price for the repair, which he easily could have jacked up like some other places might do. I will definitely return to this dealer for future car needs. And Eric is a big reason why.

Very friendly and helpful to customers, the job is done. Right on time, you will be reminded of other suggestions and repairs. I like their service, and I will return next week for the rest of the services that my car requires. Most of all, the Advisor, Carmen Perdomo, is on top of all the recommended services, making driving my vehicle safe.

My experience was really good. When I was dropped my truck off I inquired about the parking sensors that were not available when I purchased my truck due to a chip shortage and they ordered them for me and already got them and my truck is there now getting them I installed. I couldn’t be happier with your dealership. Thank you!

Percy and Alex were great! They helped us feel comfortable and discussed our options with us to make sure we made the best purchase for us. They didn't rush us or shoo us away. We didn't feel bullied or belittled, as is common among dealerships. We felt valued as customers and were happy to spend our money here getting a new car from these guys. Suma? in finance was also great even though we kept everyone late with our purchase, they all seemed glad to help us. That means a lot.

I had a scheduled appointment at 2:30pm Wednesday 8/16/23 for an oil change and tire rotation. Upon arrival I checked in with Ed. I was told I should get a tune up because I have 260K+ miles on this vehicle, and the cost would be around $550. I asked him to check my records because I’ve been regularly servicing this truck at your dealership, since I purchased said truck from you, for over 10 years. Upon checking, he noticed that I had, in fact, just recently had a tune up. After I checked in and waited in the lounge, Ed approached me and said there were a few very minor oil leaks. He showed me some pictures and I asked him for a quote. He said it would take a few days to do this work. When he returned, the quote was for over $2,100 - $300 parts and $1,800 labor. I explained to him that I didn't have any oil leaks on my garage floor, and I couldn't do this service now, and told him I would get back with him. The next day I went to my corporate mechanic, who has serviced my work trucks for the past 20 years. I asked him to give me a quote for fixing these small leaks, replacing gaskets, etc. They put the truck up on the rack and his two mechanics tried to find these leaks. After 30 minutes of trying to find these small leaks, the owner said there are NO leaks! Nothing.Your service department, trying to sell me a tune up that I did not need, then trying to rip me off over 2k for leaks that did not exist, makes me not just disappointed with GMC, but thinking about lodging formal complaints. I’ve purchased three personal trucks from you since 2007, and have serviced them all exclusively there, with you. I’ve now completely lost faith in your service department. At best, they are inept. But worse, they’re possibly trying to boost revenue by intentionally identifying phantom problems.You’ve lost me as a service customer and I’ll never buy another vehicle from your dealership. I won’t hesitate to share my experience with others.

We bought a used card from Isaac and absolutely loved working with him. He was attentive and helped us make the best choice for what we were looking for. He was extremely efficient so we were in and out of the facility in NO time. We will definitely buy another car from him when we get to that point.We also got to chat with the sales manager, who was very friendly and made us feel comfortable while we were waiting for everything to move to finance. Speaking of finance, the financial guy (Musab) was a little stiff, which came off as a little unfriendly. On the flip side, he was super fast and got us in and out very quickly, no conversation or frills. I guess that was a good thing, but if the process took longer I would have felt a little unwelcome in his office. He doesn't match the vibe of the dealership.

My Service Technician was polite, knowledgeable, and had time to talk with me. My Sierra 1500 with 3.0 Duramax diesel went in for an oil change, filter change, and 15,000 mile check. The dealership had the special filter and oil in stock. I only waited for about 1 hour, and used my GMC Rewards Points to pay! When they rotated my tires, they reprogrammed the tire positions in my TPM system to show the correct tire locations. My old dealership never did that. Consequently, the front tires showed up on the rear and rear showed on the front. I'm very satisfied with the Swickard dealership! They're on their "A" game!

I rarely write bad reviews but since this is the third time I am experiencing unacceptable customer service and a complete failure to manage I feel obligated. I purchased a brand new GMC Sierra last year that was missing parts. It took 3 months and hours of my life to finally get the parts after dealing with multiple managers and the GM.Now I am dealing with a similar issue. I ordered a Thule luggage compartment for my wife’s Yukon months ago. We paid for it and when we go to pick it up the parts department says we already did, which is obviously not the case. I have called for over a month to remedy the issue and get a refund since ordering a new one is apparently too difficult a task for this dealership. I spoke with several managers who never call me back. I emailed the General Manager, Chance Corbitt, who didn’t even bother to respond to me. Pretty much shows why the dealership is such a disaster.

Great experience with Silver Star Buick GMC. Salesperson Jeff Rubell who was helping and the sales manager was super knowledgeable and friendly! They were honest and took their time to give us the best deal possible. Was so great to have such a passionate desk worker.
