Overall I felt very comfortable with the whole buying process from beginning to end. I got the truck at a very good price. Issac , Aliyah , Frankie and Justin are very knowledgeable and professional about their business.

Wanted to check out a car- was VERY clear that I would not be buying anything that day, or anytime within the next month. Just needed to see the car to decide if it was worth considering. Aaliyah was the sales person. She was incredibly awkward and knew nothing about the car. Made the misltake of giving her my number. She has called weekly asking “how we can do business “. How? Pay attention to what people SAY and don’t harass them later. No matter how much I LOVED the car, I would never buy from her or this dealsership.

I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to write one for Kanye. He is exceptionally professional and polite, with a straightforward approach and no tricky sales techniques. I'm the kind of guy who spends months researching and calling over ten dealerships to find the best price before committing to a purchase. I can confidently say Kanye's offer was the best. He delivered on every promise and kept his cool throughout the negotiation process, even when others might have lost theirs. I highly recommend him.

Crystal and Percy were absolutely amazing. They were very helpful in regards to the process of buying the car.
Unfortunately we did not have a great experience with the financing person Justin. He was very upset with the process we chose, our down payment amount and so on. It was a very uncomfortable and very pressuring experience. He was very expressive on how we didn't give him a chance to make money and how the company doesn’t pay enough.

Terrible dealership experience. Car had oil leak. Took a month to get part. They basically completely forgot about me. I was told week 1 part had shipped. Week 2 it was lost. Week 3 - Plainly ignored. Calls into dealership - no call backs from Service Writer. Week 4 - Many calls not returned. Then told shipping overnight. Then told shipping 4 days. After part arrives - another 4 days for repair. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DO NOT GO HERE!

I want to give Swickard a thank you for their great online customer service. I had requested information through their dealership website they had the most competitive price and they noticed I was an out of state buyer. Shortly, after they provided information and question in order to proceed with a remote buy/vehicle shipment etc. I was very impressed by that.
After speaking with salesman Jordan O. he presented himself very well and represented the dealership at a high capacity. Unfortunately, my relative decided to buy from a local dealership they live in. They provided the ODT price at a reasonable time and their fees were fair.
In the future I will be seeking their dealership for future car purchase for myself.

We had an EXCELLENT experience at Swickard GMC. We took our 2022 vehicle to another GMC dealer who wouldn't address the issue under warranty. At Swickard, Carmen listened to our issue and immediately agreed that it was a warranty issue. The issue was quickly addressed. We also were able to use a loaner vehicle while our vehicle was in the shop which was truly a bonus! We will use Swickard GMC for all our vehicle needs going forward. Everyone we encountered was customer service focused and a joy to deal with. Thank you!
