5 star all the way, this is way out of my league but a friend of mine somehow pulled a Tee time. Cost me an arm and a leg but was totally worth it since it will probably be a once in a lifetime opportunity. Tuff track, fairways are tight, lies are tight, there are no flat lies everything is side hill or up or down it's tuff. Great greens, the roll perfectly hot to fast and a lot of movement, really fun holes. Great staff, friendly, they bring you anything you want on the course. It's a neighborhood course which isn't my favorite style to play but the homes are every man's dream just mansion after mansion.

My husband and I recently had our wedding reception at Sherwood CC, and we couldn't be happier with the outstanding service provided by Kendall Newman and her team. From the moment we began planning, Kendall's professionalism, expertise, and unwavering dedication significantly contributed to the magic of our reception! The feedback from our guests regarding the delicious food and impeccable service echoed our sentiments entirely. Kendall's warmth and genuine care, especially towards my parents, touched us deeply. She effortlessly alleviated any concerns and accommodated our requests with grace and efficiency, making the experience enjoyable and stress-free. Our wedding day was a dream come true, thanks in no small part to Kendall and her exceptional team. We are immensely grateful for everything they did to make our celebration memorable and extraordinary. Kendall is truly one of a kind, and we hope to cross paths again in the future. I recently had the pleasure of attending a mom mixer event at Sherwood Country Club, this place always knocks it out of the park! From the moment I stepped onto the grounds, I was struck by how immaculately kept everything was. Not a single piece of garbage in sight - just pristine beauty as far as the eye could see. Security - it's top-notch, just as you'd expect from a fancy schmancy country club like Sherwood. The gates are always secure, adding an extra layer of exclusivity to the experience. You've got to be on the guest list to even get onto the grounds, which definitely makes you feel like you're part of something special. The food, I got to try a couple of nibbles from their kitchen, and they were absolutely divine. The hummus, paired with their house wine, was a match made in heaven. The truffle flatbread was also a standout and loved the amount of umami they put in! And just when I thought it couldn't get any better, they brought out the chocolate chip cookies. They were the perfect ending to the spring mixer - just the right level of sweetness to satisfy my cravings. It's the perfect spot for any event, whether you're mingling with other moms or just enjoying a relaxing evening out. Can't wait for my next visit!

My husband and I got married at Sherwood April 2024, weeks ago loved everything about our venue and experience especially Kendall!! She helped us out so much and calmed our nerves when we felt worried! We truly could not have made this day happen without her, thank you so much Kendall and the rest of the Sherwood team!!

I got married here in October 2023! Sherwood helped gave me the wedding of my dreams. It was truly out of a fairy tale! One of the biggest compliments I received about my wedding was the mouthwatering food. Also, the service was so seamless. All of my guests were super happy, and no one was stuck waiting on food while watching others enjoy.Kendall Newman was such an amazing resource, and really helped make the day special. She's very accommodating and incredibly kind.I can't give enough praise to Sherwood Country Club. Such a gorgeous venue. <3

We recently had our wedding at the Sherwood Country Club and this place is absolutely stunning. Our point of contact was Kendall, the catering manager, and she was great throughout the entire planning and day of process. She was responsive and punctual to every email and meeting. She was organized and transparent - there were no surprises. The wait staff was phenomenal during the wedding cocktail hour and reception; we received so many compliments from our guests on how attentive they were throughout the night. This place will always be special to us!

Sherwood Country Club is truly one of the BEST weddings venues in Southern California. I am a wedding photographer and I love working here time and time again. They recently completed a large renovation and the ballroom looks incredible. Every wedding is unique and beautiful. You can't ask for a more stunning backdrop for your special day. The food and customer service is always 11/10. If you are looking for an upscale Country Club with countless great photo opportunities then you have come to the right place. I truly don't have a single negative thing to say about Sherwood and can't wait to be back soon!

This is the second or 3rd best golf course I have ever played, Winged Foot being number 1 and it's a toss up between Sherwood CC and Champions Retreat for number 2... Not surprising, because I haven't played a lot of exclusive private courses... None the less, playing here was an experience I will never forget, it's just on completely different level to public courses.

Great place for a wedding or event. We attended a gala for the Heart Foundation and it was lovely. All the staff were very courteous and knowledgeable, anticipating our needs ahead of time. The food served was delicious, great options. Bartenders serving up great drinks with a smile. The grounds are beautiful, would definitely recommend this place.

It was the most disturbing experience I've ever had!!! But hey, it's California, of course they permit a special needs child to attend a drag show! One with dead flowers at that!!
