I have a mixed review. Purchased/leased a new Jeep about a month ago. They did not have time to complete the detail and the lot was closing so our sales person offered that we could bring it back in and they would complete the detail of the vehicle in the next couple of weeks. We had a scheduling problem with the first day that we intended to bring it in. I have reached out to our sales person multiple times since then, and received no response. Generally, vehicle is great and the price was fair. If you do business here, just be sure they honor every part of their agreement before you sign, and before the car leaves the lot, because once they've made the sale, you don't exist and they're on to the next number.

Shout out to Shant A, he went above and beyond so I can choose the color and car I really liked, great experience process was very smooth and quick amazing dealer and Sogol did great at explaining the signing process. If you need a car it's worth the drive if you are not local they will go above and beyond to meet your satisfaction

We brought our friend RAM 1500 for service and after $1100 worth of work they didn't even wash it which is usually part of the service when you bring the car to the dealer for service as extra perk to keep some extra clients. However, I have to give them credit at the same time. I'm sure that the work they have done is of high quality and have no complaints on that!Even if they didn't wash it, they did a lot of work in a just one day and the car was ready the day after which other dealers would have kept it for much longer. Overall would probably recommend it.

worst experience at the Shaver dealership service department! I scheduled an appointment to take my Jeep for a service due to my front headlight doesn't work for more then 3 months because they didn't have the part i needed in stock!!!! when I arrived the guy that "helped" us Danis told us I need to leave my car for 5-7 days just to diagnose the problem!!!!! without giving me any alternate car. This is after we told him we know what is the issue and what part is needed to be replaced, he was very unhelpful, rude and unkind and it's look like he did everything not to give us the service we needed. I left without fixing the car. They need to be shamed for how they treated us, I expect to get the service I need when I have a problem with the car, but I didn't. I will not continue any business with this dealership or Jeep in the future. I wish I saw the reviews before.

This place is a freaking joke. The brand new jeep they sold me already has a ton of stuff wrong with it. They gave me a rental to use during repairs that had expired tags and a side panel that was falling off. I had to drive an hour to switch rental cars. Then they told me my car was ready for pick up and Al in service failed to tell me not to come in to pick it up without scheduling a pick up. I drove another hour to pick up my car and was told the key was locked up.

Chris Lugo in Service did another outstanding job coordinating repairs on my 2018 Ram 2500. From the ABS repairs to the new passenger front seat cover replacement (bear damage) everything was handled professionally and timely.

I would like to start by saying this is the worst service I have ever received. Dennis was our case manager and we were quoted over $13K for damage repair on our van. He then told our insurance it would be 20 days for repair. We took out a rental car during this time through our insurance, but when our 30 days ran out we discovered the service center had not even touched our vehicle. After escalation to manager we discovered the wrong part was ordered and that we would get a courtesy vehicle. They gave us a Jeep Cherokee which is 5 seats as opposed to our 7 seater van. I have 3 kids in carseats and they do not fit so my son has been in a travel carseat. We were then given an ETA on the new parts arrival to the service center. This date has been changed 3x adding 3 weeks to the time our van was at the service center. We now know that the correct part is in the service center and when asked for an ETA Dennis told us that he would maybe have an ETA next week. I think it's ridiculous that he keeps pushing us another week and we have not received a larger courtesy vehicle. I think Dennis is paid to lie to customers. I cannot imagine what he does for work. I would not recommend taking your car here.

I made an appointment to take my vehicle in the afternoon due to work issues. A week later I get an email saying my upcoming appointment was cancelled with no explanation. I called service and find out that afternoon appointments are not for vehicle problems requiring diagnostics because their technicians go home at 4. Poor communication and excuses as to why the vehicle couldn't be left overnight and seen the following day. Clearly they are overbooked and understaffed. Don't waste your time taking your vehicle here.

I had nothing but the best customer service here and I really miss coming to your dealership. I have a Fiat and every time I needed it serviced, I always came to your service department and I was always treated like a valued customer.Ever since you quit servicing Fiats, I have been searching for a new place to get them serviced, it's been disappointing to say the least.I give up on the dealership in Santa Barbara, and will not go there to purchase new cars, or get new tires or wheels, nor do brakes... nothing. They are no where near as great as your dealership as far as customer service goes, and I'm surprised they have a rating of anything above 2 to be honest. I'm going to be coming down to your dealership soon, and I look forward to seeing everyone on your team once again. I realized I forgot to give you a 5 star rating, for all the wonderful times I had there getting my car serviced I'm surprised I never left you a 5 star rating to let you know, well... here you go! I owe you all one. Wishing you serviced Fiats again, dang it! Love the whole crew there!The last time I was there Vin Diesel was getting his car worked on there, if I remember right. I think that's who it was. Some celebrity. Well, I just wanted you all to know in my book you all are celebrities because it is damn difficult to find a dealership that looks at customers like family and not just like income. You know? You all were always great. Anyways... in the market to purchase 2 new vehicles, will be visiting you very soon. You all are A+++++++++++ when it comes to customer service.

I took my car in because I needed to put in 4 screws in to fasten the splash sheild and replace coolant. They didn't put in the screws, resulting the splash sheild falling off and peices of it causing more damage. To the splashguard above my wheel. I spoke to the service department and they did whatever they could to not take responsibility for their negligence. Do not trust them at all. Dont go to this place.funny thing is I personally ordered the screws in parts department and it is listed in their work order that I payed for the screws, but leaves it at that.

3rd time here. First time was horrible but costumer service has gone up! My car was overheating so I had my Jeep towed here. It took them a day to fix the problem and do my oil change. Very painless process. The time before that the gentleman had my oil change done in about an hour and returned my car washed. Im glad the service has gone up so I don't have to go to the Ventura dealership.

No frills and straightforward negotiation. I was in and out with my trade that they were able to price match from a dealership two blocks away. Shant was my sales manager/salesman and he was polite and knew exactly what he was doing. Thanks again!

I've been visiting Shaver CDJR service department for a couple years now and I've been dealing with Chris Lugo from my first visit and he's truly the best! Chris is very helpful and the most knowledgeable. He goes above and beyond to get my vehicles repaired and I highly recommend Chris Lugo at Shaver service. I don't know what Shaver would do without Chris. He really is the best of the best! Thanks Chris for being the best service advisor out of all CDJR dealers that I have personally visited!

We have had great experiences with their service department, especially our service manager, Chris. We used to take our vehicles to Simi Valley Chrysler, but had a terrible experience trying to get some things fixed on our Grand Cherokee 4xe Trailhawk. In contrast, Shaver’s team have been responsive, knowledgeable and fast. What more could you want from a service department? My husband is going to start bringing his RAM here because we’ve been so happy with how things have gone with my jeep!

I cannot recommend this dealership enough! Tyler and Alex Ross worked seamlessly and cohesively together from start to finish to make the process of purchasing a car enjoyable. They communicated with me and one another constantly, keeping everyone on the same page and making sure all parties involved knew what were the next steps (as this was my first time buying from a dealer). I am so excited for my Jeep, and I felt confident with my purchase from Shaver!
