The store was very well clean and had warm and cool colors. The chocolate is quite expensive but is definitely worth it. I picked out a box of chocolate and had no wait time to check out. I was immediately offered samples of the chocolate and the cashier was extremely friendly and whole hearted. The chocolate was very good and tasty. 10/10 would come back.

This location is amazing, while the chocolates are incredibly delicious the reason why I’ll go back is because of Ashley and her team. I went in last night trying to buy gifts for my dinner guests and not only did Ashley take the time to listen and suggested some great options, but she also took extra care with creating each box. (Bonus Points that we got to have a lovely conversation about Skyrim!) 10/10 would come back. :)

Probably the best chocolates you can buy. They have been in business for 60 to 70 years or more. If you don't know who see's is you probably just arrived from a foreign country.

Was greeted by a rude look immediately as I entered the building. Judge mental, rude staff. Would not recommend. Definitely will be going to only Ventura after thus Edit: Hi Johnnie I don't care about making it right as I am not a candy connoisseur. However I do appreciate good customer service so what I would like to do is ask whoever was working Thursday at the register between 5:30-6:00 why they were staring daggers at me before I even walked in the store and explain to them how to provide quality customer service to your patrons in the future. Appreciate it :)

Ordering online suddenly seems more appealing. I was never greeted, and was actually completely ignored. The employee wouldn't take the boxes of candy out of my hand. Is this a new Covid thing? It comes off completely rude. I was shocked when I was finally offered my sample. Never got a thank you or a goodbye. I don't know where their standards of customer service have gone, but I was trying to show my daughter how fun sees candy can be. Instead we left feeling less than. Anyway, I'm obsessed with their sugar free candies as I am on the keto diet. Next time I'll just order online. I'm actually pissed.

I was promptly greeted and offered help when I walked in the door. Omar answered my questions and Mark helped me fill my order. Several of the girls offered assistance as I was in a chocolate haze, in a good way. They even helped me to the car with a filled order of just under $1200.00 ( you read that correctly ). This is for a extra special occasion and I walked out completely happy, only concern now is chocolate in this heat. Thank you for your EXCEPTIONAL service.
