I drove 45 miles one way to order a treadmill for a friend. Tim and his crew are attentive, caring, and super honest. The service is Top Notch. The selection of equipment is vast and very impressive, and the prices are very competitive. If you want fitness equipment or advise, this is the place!

Just got my Inspire M3!!! This machine is incredible worth every penny. A big step up from my old M2 with the versatility of all the double pulleys and love the leg curl. Tim at Rx Fitness gave the best deal possible and arranged for delivery and setup 3 hrs out of the area. The setup and delivery crew were gems and did an impeccable job, also tolerated me placing the carpet under just right. Thanks Tim??

If you enjoy condescending, rude customer service - shop RXFitness! I purchased a True Z5 treadmill. This is an expensive machine but was supposed to be hassle free. In the first year I have had 6 service calls, the motor replaced, the console replaced (twice), and spent over a dozen hours documenting the trouble and dealing with customer service. After several service calls the employees got rude instead of sympathetic. So if you enjoy a hassle instead of a work shop True at RXFitness.

Great inventory and excellent service. Tim helped me with an Inspire functional trainer almost three years ago. Everything went great including delivery and installation, including custom gym flooring. I returned today and bought another accessory for my trainer and checked out other equipment - Tim and his team are a joy to work with and it is nice to support a local business.

We are continually pleased with our Aviron Strong rower after a few weeks of use. It took me several months of research and trying various rowing machines to come to a decision. Tim and RX fitness were great with exceptional service and guidance. RX fitness had a really large variety of rowers to choose from, and helped us select the best one for us. We are older, so the higher and more adjustable Aviron was the best rower for us. I found many rowers hard to get up and out of due to low seating (particularly water rowers) and I found it best to have a rower with adjustable intensity. Through it all, Tim was available to help with questions and we were able to try the rowers out over multiple visits with absolutely no pressure. Set up and delivery were great. We received our rower quickly. The team assembled it on sight and moved it where we needed it. The delivery team were really great. They hauled away all packaging and an older exercise machine we replaced with the new rower. A few days after delivery, Tim followed up and called to see how we were doing with rower and to see if we had any questions. I loved the follow through.This is the second exercise equipment we bought from Tim. Our first was a True treadmill that we continue to use after many years. I can’t say enough positive about Tim, RX Fitness and the delivery team.

I bought an elliptical trainer and dumbbells from Tim earlier this year. Unfortunately the elliptical that I got was a lemon. Tim quickly made arrangements for it to be serviced by technicians at no cost. They tried several different fixes over several visits. Ultimately, they were unable to fix the poorly, factory assembled elliptical. Tim offered to remove the broken elliptical and deliver another at no cost. I decided to go with another brand and haven't had any issues. Coincidentally, it is the one that Tim originally recommended but I chose to overlook for a cheaper one. During the entire process, Tim and Joey were helpful and I never doubted that they would take care of me. When making such a large purchase it was great to have peace of mind with this company. They will continue to be my sole source for fitness equipment going forward and I look forward to visiting when time to replace my treadmill.

Excellent customer service. In a world where customer service isna dying breed, this place is outstanding. I recently discovered RX Fitness while hunting for a home gym. I was shopping online for a set-up, and thought to come into RX Fitness just to get an idea of the set-up I wanted with the plan to hunt for better prices online afterwards. That plan failed.. since no one was able to come close to the offer that they had here!Installation was professional, clean, and prompt. Within a short amount of time, they laid out mats and had my functional trainer set-up, and also gave me guidance on maintenance and what parts to lubricate.Special shout-out to Tim for his outstanding service. His insights and advice were instrumental in helping me choose the right items for my home gym. Whenever I had questions, Tim was readily available.
