I recently purchased a Q3 from Rusnak/Westlake Audi and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. I drove to this location from Los Angeles because I knew the Rusnak name would deliver quality customer service, and this proved true from the moment I met Melissa, who greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism.
What truly set this dealership (and Melissa!) apart was their commitment to ensuring I made the right choice for myself. I was between a Q3 and BMW X3, and Melissa encouraged me to visit BMW before making my decision. Once I decided on Audi, Melissa was transparent and straightforward, which made me feel confident and well-informed. Melissa didn’t pressure me and she showed genuine care for ensuring I was completely happy and comfortable with my car.
Overall, Rusnak/Westlake Audi exemplifies what a top-notch dealership should be—exceptional service, a vast inventory, and a genuine care for their customers. I highly recommend and will be back!

I was looking for a used second hand car. I decided to buy a nice BMW 428i grand coupe. Mike at the Audi dealership found a beautiful elegant 4 door sedan. It was in excellent condition and a nice price. Mike made the transaction very easy. We test drove the vehicle and I loved it. I bought that night. I just got back from San Francisco and it drove very nicely. We got close to 38 mpg. Thank you again

Went in to look at different models of Audi on Monday at the end of the day. Did not have enough time to make a decision, so we went back on Tuesday. Melissa was great. She is very patient and knowledgeable about the different Audis available. My wife picked one out, and Rusnak Westlake had the color that she wanted. Amy Isaac was great with the paperwork. She was very patient, knowledgeable, and upfront while explaining what all the different papers meant. Great experience! Great automobiles!

They sell lemons and don't answer any phones or emails after the second attempt to repair (after the third you can claim the lemon law). The worst experience by far, this is my third consecutive Audi, I’ve been to different dealerships for various reasons (maintenance, big repairs and small fixes) and these are the only Audi scammers I've met. Anthony Nicoll sold me a car and after driving it less than a month it started having serious transmission problems, after 3 visits to service to try and repair it they actually added problems, my key isn’t recognized by the car anymore, and now I’m stuck with both problems and they couldn’t care less about my bad experience (oh wait, they offered a complimentary car wash, that'll fix a 10k plus problem). Learn from my mistake and keep your business away from here.

Hi, I’d like to start off with I have over ten years of sales experience. I wanted a faster and more luxurious car than my Subaru legacy sport after five years of ownership. The Subaru dealership gave me a terrible offer so I walked away. Already being frustrated with the offer, I decided to walk into the Audi sales lot where I was greeted by a salesman named Andrew. I snowboard 50+ days the winter season and always see Subarus and Audis on the mountain in the rough conditions. I told him I knew nothing about Audi’s specs, trim levels, or models. Andrew not only explained me the differences, he grabbed the keys to multiple leasable vehicles and let me feel out the differences to each model. He took his time, listened to my previous car history for pros and cons. By the end of the day I would say Andrew has to be my FIRST experience at a dealership where I felt comfortable. Also Gino and Nia who work above him are great, you can tell they are a solid team to help fit your needs. One last note, a couple was browsing their showroom inventory where Andrew apologized to step away to greet new consumers while we waited for documents. I got to see him first hand treat other potential buyers the way he treated me and I knew I was in good hands. Audi at westlake, give him a promotion.

This was literally the most chill car leasing/purhcase experience i have ever had. Pricing was well in the "fair" bracket that I determined from doing my online research. I felt confident leaving the dealership in my shiny new S5 Sportback knowing that I didn't get soaked for the car I wanted. Melissa Chacon was up front and honest and not at all the usual pushy sales person. Super-helpful and patient. She even called me the next day to follow up. Any Isaac in finance was very patient and was willing to work with me as we finalized the details of the deal. This is my first Audi (coming from a long line of VW's). When it's time to replace my wife's car I will be returning here. 100% would recommend.

This place made my car buying process super simple. I came in knowing what I wanted from the start, and they didn’t try to upsell me or push me in another direction. I went for a test drive and I was sold. They had me in and out fairly quickly. (2-3 hours) Mr. Condran was very easy to work with and got me the numbers I wanted to see. I will be back for my next vehicle purchase.
