I have waited 48 years to buy my first Porsche. I have worked hard, very hard to get to this point. As a lover of cars, fast cars, I have been itching for this with a passion. During the oandemic when the world was about to end it became clear now was the time to pull the trigger on this dream to make it a reality. I spent many nights on the online configurator creating , revising, and perfecting my ideal 911 spec. After perhaps 100 revisions I had arrived at my ultimate dream car. Each detail, a hard fought mental battle, costing my mitochondria and my brain a lot of ATP. This build was my perfect unicorn. So, I agreed to a 25k upcharge over MSRP to actualize this pipedream. At first the dealership rep was enthusiastic and supportive, but after 5 minutes he started injecting his own opinion and recommendations - you don't want the wing, you don't want Daytona blue, you don't need this you don't want that etc. who is he to comment on my personal choices? Will he be driving it? Obviously he is concerned about resale value etc. I found this to be beyond off putting and insulting. I was so off put and so annoyed I cancelled my order.

I purchased new Michelin tires about a month ago and need to get them re-balanced. After three calls to the Service Dept today, they have yet to have the professional curtesy - the common curstey - to return my calls regarding balancing the tires at this dealership. Usually great service. I bought my car there.

First time Porsche buyer here and I had an amazing experience at Porsche Westlake! I bought a used Cayman S but was treated like I was buying a GT3. Complete white glove service! Kareem was the best salesperson I have ever worked with and definitely made the entire process a breeze. He went out of his way to make sure all of my questions were answered and was fully transparent about the condition of the car. I did not feel rushed or pressured into buying my first Porsche, and I was given every bit of information possible to help me make my decision. Alex was fantastic during financing, he explained everything in detail, and genuinely wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the purchase options. Everyone was very welcoming, friendly, and seemed to actually care about their customers. This was by far the best car buying process I have ever been through and will definitely be coming back to this dealership for future Porsche purchases. I am looking forward to getting to know everyone there, and very excited to have finally joined the Porsche family!

I am typically very critical of dealers but I have to say this dealership is by far the most impressive one I have ever seen. Andrew Arizmendi was very honest, direct, sincere, knowledgable, and fair and I am very impressed and appreciative for his support of my purchase. He was genuine in making this sale a mutual success. Also Tegan Lewis was also outstanding with the paperwork and warranty purchase. Very knowledgable, genuine, and thorough guiding me thru and providing outstanding perspective and explanations on all the documentation. I had a great experience buying a car today at Porsche Westlake. Excellent service from start to finish. The highlight of the experience was working with Michael Aram. He is a consummate professional and was incredibly knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and took me on several test drives. I highly recommend this dealership and if you want a pressure free sales experience ask for Michael!

I came today because I had some questions about my brand new car that was purchased out of state recently. I got so lucky when Michael Aram helped me. He went above and beyond for me. He showed me all the buttons and functions and all the details that our salesperson had missed explaining to me. I purchased my last vehicle from this dealership (Cayenne Hybrid) after brining my Taycan in for service for a few years prior. When I purchased my vehicle, the process was easy enough, but that's not why I'm giving this establishment 5 stars. It's because of the service. The team in the service department is the best I have ever encountered, and my personal service consultant is Skip. He is always friendly, responsive and gets the job done. I will continue to buy all my Porsches here as long as Skip is part of the team!

I originally met Michael and worked several previous deals with him at Beverly Hills Porsche. He's a consummate professional and tireless advocate for his buyer customers, and I always appreciate how he goes the extra mile for me. What was the happiest day and experience ends out to be the reason why "used Car Salesmen" have the reputation they do. In this case the dealership broke trust and class. I purchased the Porsche with the expectation that "certified" means the car is perfect in the Porsche standard model. After finding out a year later that it wasn't the case. It brings disappointment to share this with future Porsche buyers. Buyer beware and buyer pay closer attention 3 card monty game

My husband and I walked in to this dealership on Friday night minutes before closing, just to view some Porsche's. We were greeted by Michael Aram who was very friendly and greeted with a warm smile. He apologized that they were seconds of closing but invited us back in the morning when they opened. We did arrive the following day and again and was greeted with a warm smile and firm handshake. Michael Aram was very understanding of our needs and educated us in everything. He was honest, genuine, and assured that we were making the best move and decision. We surely did not regret our decision. We are happy to be a part of Porsche's family and hope to continue in ur adding to our list.
