I love this shop. There is so much to choose from and it is laid out in a way that makes it easy to find what you are looking for. I never leave empty handed. The discounts are great which allows you to buy good quality clothes at a fraction of the price. The only negative is that the queue at the checkouts is always huge as they never have more than 2 or 3 open.

Poor service. No enough cashier

Skip this place. The three times I've been the line is so long and moves so slow! As I'm walking out there's 16 people in line and two cashiers. This place needs new management.

There’s not a whole lot of selection here and good chunks of the store seem to be empty. I hope this changes in the future as the employees are nice and the store itself is relatively quiet. Unfortunately there’s just not much reason to go to a store if there’s not much to buy there.

Israel and hire up manager didn't get her name but long brown hair need customer service training. Israel was freaking out that my cologne didn't have a price tag. I offered to get another one just to scan and he gave me the wrong one. I asked the manager another questions for holds and was answered rudely. Do better.

The most worthless store on the block. How can this store still stay in business the way it is? Ross has only 1 or 2 employees and no one working around their. 4 other cash registers . Worst thing of all? is they don't even hire me? How can they hire everyone else when the only good employees are the clothing fitters and the security guard at the front door?

Came in to look and use the restroom back area said closed the changing rooms I asked and she nicely walked me over and hit the button to use the bathroom they had tons of nice stuff like $20 Carhartt long sleeves and Anker headphones JBL speakers
