Do not be talked into purchasing the VIP plan. I just received my third charge for $69.99. Two charges on 3/1 and another charge on 3/2. When you call they have a feature where they will call you back. As of today Sunday I am still waiting on a call back from Friday. Don't over pay for shoes or the VIP plan.

Very unhappy with my experience here. I was hoping someone knew more about running shoes than me (and I'm a novice, beginner). I had very specific (and I thought basic) questions about why my toes were going numb when I run. My sales person's answer was to buy bigger shoes and get an insole. 100% wrong. Wrong shoe suggestion (neutral Hoka bondi) and instead of my usual size 12, to buy a 14 instead. After wasting several hundred dollars here, I walked into "Run With Us" in Pasadena and they diagnosed my problem immediacy. I needed stabilized shoes and a real fit for my size foot. Real service from runners. Not a sales person who could have been working at any retail store anywhere (like Target for example). I wouldn't be as disappointed as I am if this place didn't claim to be some kind of running experts. They're not. They are just sales people who could be working at Home Depot. If you know exactly what you want and don't have any real running questions you can go here and get a descent selection of running shoes. But heaven forbid you need some advice or want an honest opinion on technical running shoes, you should go somewhere else. Overall experience was a 1 out of 10. The "1" is because the lady who helped me meant no harm; and was nice enough; just had no clue what she was talking about at all in any way about running or shoes in general. Just poor quality training or hiring or whatever they do there to hire staff. To be honest, I was insulted by how little she cared about what I needed to be successful in my runs. Never going back here. Run With Us in Pasadena is a million times better because the staff who work here are themselves runners. The End.

Amazing experience and wish I had found this place a long time ago, well worth the drive from Ventura! I had the foot analysis done which was SO in depth and informative. I got one on one help to find the perfect insoles so that I could utilize the shoes I had just bought from another place that were having some fit issues. The custom insoles are incredible and I will definitely be a repeat customer and have already recommended to several people.

I needed to return a pair of shoes that were purchased at Roadrunner but not meeting my needs and there was absolutely no problem returning them and getting another pair that fit me better. Kudos to Roadrunner and its staff!

Danny was absolutely awesome. Helped me to find the perfect pair of long distance running shoes. He listened to me and taught me about several different shoe styles. Go in .. Ask for Danny. And big Thank You to the entire team. Everyone was great.

I am consistently in every 3 months to replace my shoes, because I own a dog walking business and put hundreds of miles in every month. I walk in, show them my shoes, and they bring me all the colors available. In and out in 10 minutes, AND they take my old shoes to donate. Definitely worth it to be in the Rewards club as well. ? ?

Was a walk-in and greeted immediately. Only had to wait 10 min before fit assessment commenced. Our fit specialist Danny listened closely to our concerns and wants and helped us with plenty of options. Never once did we feel pressured to buy anything. Our style preferences were valued as much as our fitting. The experience was top-notch and if you are as apprehensive as I was to initially go, you will be pleasantly surprised how easy and comfortable the whole process is.

I needed running shoes really bad, to say the least. My shoes had 700 miles, which is way to much on one pair. My friends highly recommend Road Runner sports, the place was busy. I signed in and I waiting about 20min for an attendant. They were able to guide me to the right pair of running shoes. I also opted for the insoles as well. I picked up a pair of Altra Escalanates. ? ?My son also picked up a pair of running shoes, he’s 10 and never had a pair of New balances like he has now.We also became VIP members.Road runner didn’t disappoint and if you’re looking to get fitted with the right pair of running shows, then you must come here.

This is what all shoe stores should aim to be. You are greeted by an employee asking how they can help you…who genuinely wants to help you! You are then paired with an experienced sales person to walk you through the proper fitting of a shoe thru various tests. Then they immediately go over results thoroughly to help you find your perfect shoe. All in just a few easy minutes! No heavy sales pressure , just honest evaluations and advice. My daughter even needed new custom inserts and they fitted her for them on a special machine in just minutes. Neither of us are runners, but will only buy our sneakers here. Bonus, they have socks, recovery shoes, flip flops, nice apparel & more. And be sure to join their generous reward program.

Jayden was absolutely terrific. She was helping another customer when my wife asked a brief question. She ensured her other customer was taken care of and helped us. She expertly navigated between us and no one felt neglected in the least. She is upbeat, friendly and didn’t have any issue making multiple trips to the back getting different models to try. We wish all customer service experiences were this well done!

Recommended by my podiatrist to get the right shoes for me. With the expert guidance from Alec, and after trying on a variety of brands, the Hoka shoes won out. Walked over 4 miles today, nearly pain-free.
