We have shopped in several RH showrooms throughout the years as my husband is active duty navy (29 years so far). We own several RH furnishings including a bookshelf, a large desk, a LUXE Maxwell sofa with ottomans, dining chairs etc. Anyway, I recently visited the showroom in Westlake Village and the designer who greeted me was Anita Levine. I had photos of our living room setting and needed additional assistance and advice. She really listened to my concerns and was quite helpful. She was obviously very experienced in interior design. She really helped us with our choices and I would recommend her to anyone needing interior design expertise when shopping at this RH showroom.

I would go back to Nicole in a heartbeat! She was so kind and knowledgeable and even showed excitement for the design aspects of our custom order. We love our vanities, table and bedroom set for their durability and aesthetic. Thank you!

Emily’s customer service was appalling and devoid of any friendly customer service. I was shocked by how I was treated and am still carrying the weight of her judgment. I will never set foot in that store again.

Very pleasing to come here!! We didnt get what we wanted but way better than RH outlet in Oxnard-I would never go back there again! Full price here is cheaper than than that junk p*** discount RH outlet place!!

I can't believe what a lucky break it was to have Samantha S. at RH advising me through the finishes of my fire rebuild in Malibu. She has great design sense and training, knows how to work with plans easily, and really paid attention to my personal style as well as steering me in the right direction when I needed it. She went above and beyond what I expected and made me feel super clear and confident about all my choices.

Tamara! If you want the best design consultation, she is the one to see. She helped us place our order through the store (much better than placing online), and eased our hesitation on a lighter color couch. White or "light colored" terrified us, even after choosing a RH Performance fabric. Tamara suggested we take the sample, pour wine on it, let it sit, then dap it out. We did exactly that and she wasn't lying, it took it right out. Made us feel 110% confident in our purchase. Our experience was the best ever, especially over the RH is West Hollywood. Its worth the drive to Thousand Oaks to work with her!

Thank you Kalyani & RH for helping us make our new house into our new home. Kalyani, our designer, worked with us for several months and was a HUGE help during our remodel. I felt what really helped us out to decide what would look best in our home was having Kalyani came to our house and measure every room to present us with a layout of our floor plan on the computer so we were able to see how the furniture would fit and look before making the purchase. I had a vision and she helped make it happen. The showroom is bright and airy. It is well decorated and gave us some great ideas. Lastly, the white glove service team were courteous, very professional and prompt. Overall, we had an exceptional experience with Kalyani & RH!

I generally communicate positive or negative feedback directly with customer service / management, but I think that my experience with Kalyani at RH warrants a review. I have walked in the RH Westlake store before and felt overwhelmed and overlooked - thankfully I was matched with Kalyani and my experience with RH couldn't have been better. I have worked with Kalyani to fully furnish 7 rooms (and counting) in my home and I think it is very clear that I am a satisfied customer! Kalyani helped me design a clean living room, a cozy family room, a functional kitchen, a warm movie theater, a calming master bedroom, and the sweetest nursery. She has an incredible attention to detail and she always listens to my vision before presenting me with her own ideas. When Covid hit and I wanted to upgrade my entire backyard she was virtually available every step of the way. I had previously worked with a designer from another brand and Kalyani was able to double the amount of entertaining space I have and create the feel that my patio is larger than it was before. I now feel like I am at a resort outside my own home. Kalyani always displays the upmost professionalism from brainstorming with me, to taking measurements, presenting me with life-like designs and tangible materials, to install and final touches. She is also honest with me and helps me step out of my comfort zone without compromising my style or making me feel uncomfortable. With the number of pieces I have purchased I have had my fair share of lost/damaged products and quality issues. I have been able to rely on Kalyani every time to right the situation whether it required a return, exchange, or repair. I feel that RH is extremely lucky to have Kalyani representing their brand. I credit her with the reason I continue to choose RH and look forward to the next chance I get to work with her.
