Recently, I have gone to Nadia to get my hair done full highlights and cut. She is very talented and nice. Additionally, my daughter went to Karli for a cut and two small highlights in the front to frame her face. Karli did a great job and very sweet with my daughter if you have kids or teens. I’d choose Karli. My daughter is 8. Last, Anjelisa who works the front desk is there to make sure everyone’s day goes smoothly. It’s has everything you need and me if you need a good massage therapist. My rates are competitive;)

I've been coming to Teal for almost three years now, and it's hit or miss with her. She's done an amazing job on me before, but the last few times i've come i've been very disappointed. I go to her for half weaves & full weaves and i'm pretty bleach blonde and my natural hair is a light brown. In June I got my hair done, and when i got home i looked in the mirror and it was SO blotchy it looked terrible. I texted her asking to come back so she could fix it and she did, but i shouldn't have to come back, she should do it right in the first place. A month or so ago i made an appointment with her but because of the Woolsey fires we had to cancel & re schedule for the following week. We made the appointment on Friday at 12 and so i show up and she says "oh my gosh i totally thought you meant saturday can you wait until 2?" I live in Simi, and i didn't want to go all the way back home, I waited at a starbucks and came back at 2 and she took me while she was doing 2 other clients as well. This is just not okay.

I got a groupon gifted to me and it was for a cut by Amber. She was awesome! She got me an appt quickly after reaching out to her, and did a great job with my hair cut. Very friendly and easy to talk with (which for me is important when looking for my next hair stylist ) reading some other reviews I'm shocked at some of the other stylists, but I can definitely see myself going back to Amber she was so great !

This review is on a stylist named Sheri. I purchased a groupon for a Brazilian blowout through her and after multiple attempts to make an appointment one was made. The day of the appointment she tells me 10 minutes before that she needs to cancel. I tried to schedule another time that day for 2 weeks later. She took over A WEEK to respond back. When I responded I asked about a certain day and time and she then again ignored my specific time request while also taking an additional 2 days to respond. I work in service, I get being busy. Good for you. But do not put your service out there if you are going to be completely unresponsive and unavailable. It's unprofessional and that's the last thing you should be in this business.

Tried to get a deal using Corrie's deal on Groupon and this is the BS I get back when I try to book an appointment. Good thing I didn't purchase the Groupon first and then have to try to get my money back and/or good thing I didn't just purchase it and go there because she would have butchered my hair for sure knowing she's not making any money. Don't advertise your services on Groupon if you're not willing to give customers a deal and therefore acquire new clients!!!!!
