These guys are so frustrating. I called in for a renewal and they told me it was all good and I'd receive my presciprition in 1-2 days. They do nothing for 2 wks because they needed my doctor to renew it, yet they had the renewal at the pharmacy. I spoke with a manager & they apologized but since it was a friday night, and I had to go all weekend with medicine i needed. Manager assured me I'd have it first thing on Monday morning. I gave them my credit card on the phone and they confirmed it went through but took another 3 days to tell me they were trying to charge the wrong card. Worst. Pharmacy. Ever.

Dennis, Arad, Celeste and the entire team at Regency Medical are phenomenal. I've been with them for many years and they always go above and beyond to deliver excellent service. Just last night they delivered an emergency delivery for me on a Saturday! Always responsive and always helpful. They are the Best!

My doctor recommended Regency Pharmacy, and I’m so glad he did. The staff has been so helpful and Ron, in particular, has been wonderful to work with. He has kept me updated on order status, insurance authorization, and has always been prompt and professional in responding to messages. I really appreciate the courteous communication, quick service, and personal touch. Grateful for your help!

We have been using Regency Pharmacy for well over a decade. This is the kind of pharmacy it’s up-to-date on the latest technology, filling Prescriptions, yet they still have that personal touch and knowing you personally and being accommodating all while having graciousness and kindness. The staff is all amazing and very competent. They’re super quick at filling your prescriptions. They have your RX delivered to you licketly split. You really won’t get this at any other pharmacy. And their prices are good and they honor good RX. Plus they are compounding pharmacy. So you just really don’t need any other pharmacy!

This pharmacy has been a lifesaver when trying to fill a hard-to-get medication for my daughter. Besides that, their staff - most recently Ron and Najwa - are always ready to help and it feels like they go above and beyond. All the staff have wonderful customer service and they are nice people too. Thank you.

Regency Pharmacy in Newbury Park is the Best Pharmacy that I have ever had the pleasure to be a customer of! Friendly staff, they are professional and expedient in handling your orders. I have been very impressed that when I leave a message, the Pharmacist himself called me back directly at the end of the day! He did his best to solve my issues, answer my questions, and provide information in a very kind way. Ron at Regency Pharmacy has gone above and beyond in his help with a difficult prescription. He kept me informed of the progress in filling it and provided awesome help with my order! I recommend Regency Pharmacy!!

Hands down the best service I have ever received from any company anywhere. My life is crazy and managing prescriptions, tracking refills, standing in line at the pharmacy etc is not only a hassle but I dot have town for that. Regency texts me updates, confirmed refills and lets me know when they are on their way. Shipping is ridiculously fast. I cannot say enough about them. They are the best most favorite vendor and I will sing their praises to anyone who wants to hear. I will never ever ever go anywhere else for medications. Never.

So convenient to refill prescriptions by text. I live in Rancho Cucamonga now and they are very willing to send my compound out to me within a few days of texting in a refill request. Crystal is so very friendly and professional. Thank you Regency Pharmacy!!

Shout to Ron the inventory manager! He and his team are so efficient and kind to me. I didn't even have to call! I just sent a quick text to their number and within minutes I had a response. Regency has to be the best at what they do. They always have my meds in stock or an alternative (due to the nationwide shortage of certain ADHD meds, they haven't always had the same ones every month but this isn't their fault) and the best part is they deliver free of charge all the way down to my house, a good 40 miles away. Lifesavers. Thanks again Ron, you're awesome!

I have been going to this pharmacy for a few months now and honestly I have really appreciated the service. The staff is always extremely helpful and all my medication is always delivered on time. I have been to many pharmacies before getting to Regency and none put in the extra steps like this one.
