  Selection is limited. I had to wait in line, along with many others, for much longer than average. On reaching the register, there was one poor employee. I didn’t see a single other employee in the entire store. Ralph’s needs to support their employees by having more employees present.

  Frustrating. They are rearranging everything and half the items aren't on shelves. It's the holiday season, what possessed them to think this was a good time to do this???

  This Ralph’s location just replaced all their carts, their card machines were updated at the self check out(might do apples pay now, will have to test and update). Staff is incredibly friendly.

  The deli needs lots of help. Manager very unfriendly and there is never any deli salads in the case at a reasonable time. It’s a shame. Rafa and Paul are great I must say. But the manager never greeted me. He sliced my lunch meat placed it on the counter and walked away. Zero words from him.On a positive note, the bakery, meat, dairy, front end and produce looked great with a helpful staff

  Very, very bad experience I went to the store to buy soap for clothes and it was at a good price because it had closed out so I took advantage of the purchase for a month.
  I was choosing the soaps and a mananger approached me and asked me if she was already going to pay for what she had in the cart, I told her that I still didn't ask her if they were going to close and she said no.
  and I kept choosing other products the manager did not withdraw.
  I walked a bit and the mananger behind me asked her what was happening and she didn't answer me, I continued choosing other products through different aisles and the mananger behind me
  She followed me everywhere at a very short distance, I felt harassed because she would not stop looking at me, at the cart, and at my husband who was accompanying me
  My husband asked me what was wrong and I told him that I didn't know that he was following me all over the store. My husband asked him if something happened and I didn't answer him. She only followed behind us, we did not feel comfortable, so we decided to pay to the cashier and the manager after us
  We started uploading things to the cash register and the cashier scanned them and another young man packed them in plastic bags. The manager stood up. next to the. Young woman who had packed the products and started to take the products out of the bag if my permission I asked her why she took them out and she only asked the cashier that she why me. she was charging that and he replied that that was the price that was in special
  I told the young man that she was packing things because she was following us all over the store. And he answered us that he did not know why she was behaving like this
  we felt discriminated against and harassed as if we were thieves it was horrible they had never treated us like this anywhere and the manager just stopped at another cashier to wait for us to leave the store and without stopping looking at us.   Wonderful I love shopping at Ralph's they have good produce and meat they even have good ?

  I gave it 2 because there's the sweetest lady at the self check-out who's amazing. Otherwise I would have given it 1 star! She was helpful & attentive. However, finding out that Josh the manager isn't in, Xiochi the Asst manager or supervisor on shift who at this time was working at the flower department handed me a jar of water and seemed annoyed that I asked for it because their potted mini roses seemed to have dry soil as I noticed after shortly paying for them. (Bought 3 of them). As I was reaching my 3rd final pot in watering, she pretty much told me off to move over so she can help the person behind me who obviously was not even in a rush and was happily chatting with me with his girlfriend. I thought she was rude and disrespectful! It's my first experience here at this store and already disappointed and will be avoiding because of Xiochi! Not a nice lady at all! I don't care if you're busy. Be nice to your paying customers!

  I really love this Ralphs location. They're so clean and organized, have amazing deals that even my local Camarillo Ralphs doesn't have! The staff is extremely nice and helpful. Great grocery store
