No date on organic red potatoes. Was forced to buy due to no russets. Got them home and were green. Could not check due to netting packaging and cannot see green through red skin. No one in produce to check for more stock.

It's a decent grocery store I guess, but whatever produce is on sale is almost never available by the way I get over there on the weekend, maybe plan better for that.

Rude, never happy, unhelpful, cashier and bagger, gossip while your standing in front of them, lazy and unprofessional management. They dont honor price as advertised. Thousand Oaks location only.

This store has been my neighborhood store for 12 years. Over the years, I’ve enjoyed a friendly rapport with several of their personable checkers. Lately, though, it’s been sad to see this store go downhill and be so chronically understaffed. Often none of the checkout stands are open forcing me to use self-checkout – which is not my favorite, especially with a cartful of groceries.Today, I waited a good 10 minutes at the bakery counter during a peak time of day, hoping to place a cake order. I finally asked two employees if I could place a cake order but got a nonchalant “no” without any quality info on when I could order, or if it was even possible. The whole staff seems a bit down, and it’s not just me – other folks on Google are airing their frustrations about the staffing issues too – and I can imagine the staff are hearing numerous complaints. If they can’t manage their bakery, a simple “Bakery Closed” sign and getting rid of their cake catalog display would save folks like me some time. Time is precious, and waiting around unnecessarily at an unmanned counter is a hassle. Honestly, I don’t frequent this store as much anymore. Quick runs for small items are about it! I reserve my larger shopping needs for places with adequate staff where I don’t have to deal with self-checkout unless I choose to. I used to enjoy the neighborly feeling of this store, but I need my time and business valued.

I couldn't understand the English of the female clerk with the nose piercing. He seemed angry and used discriminatory words.I don't think I'll ever go to Agoura Hills again, but even if I did, I wouldn't go here.I was glad that I was able to buy Ghirardelli as a souvenir at a cheap price.

Just was called a horrible person by a Checker who said he was a manager after spending $335.06 and questioning why he stopped checking us out in the middle of our order to check a store employee out… the very worst customer care imaginable.

Beautiful store but poor service. Our cashier we George h was literally tossing our groceries after scanning them. He tossed a pack of chicken and it burst! We pointed it out and he said "well it wasn't me!" . Even the bagger knew it was him. After a brief awkward pause, he then proceeded to raise his voice "WELL JUST GO EXCHANGE IT! WHATS THE BIG DEAL HUH?" That guy is a joke! He was also really rude to the customer before us. She wanted a pack of cigarettes and he slammed it on the scanner. She apologized profusely for being an inconvenience and he just glared at her. Other than checkout, the rest of our visit was very enjoyable. Must've just been poor luck on our end, so I'd consider visiting again as long as George H isn't o the register

Don't come here for gift cards, I tried purchasing $2,500 worth of gift cards for my employees this Christmas & was told I couldn't because I didn't physically have my ID on me. I had a photo of it & the card I was using to pay was a company card, there is no ID that belongs to it per it is a company name. Long story short I ripped off all the backside tabs off of 24 gift cards & stood in line for nothing. Every year Ive purchased these here, never once was I asked for an ID. Waste of my time!

Zero stars for the woman who makes the cakes. She is so rude and acts like she is being very inconvenienced and doing you a huge favor to make a cake. She refused to add paw prints on with frosting even though there was a picture of it in the design book. She said she didn't do that. One of her coworkers walked behind her and said "excuse me" and she turned around and snapped at her "excuse you!" So mean. 5 stars for George and Matthew. They work so hard and get the job done. I love how many people know George by name because he really is a great guy and I make sure to always get in his line if he's there because he's fast, efficient, and fun. Matthew is so kind and always warm and welcoming.

Just OK, seemed cluttered. Not very clean and very dated.

This store does not care about people with limited mobility and is in violation of ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act). They cram so may things in the isles that a person in a wheel chair has no chance of shopping without hitting something. In the Frozen isle it is so crammed full of items that if ANYONE wants to move down the isle the person next to them has to BACK-OUT so that they can pass. When I spoke with the manager, the response was that many people have complained about this, however this is a corporate decision. I have filed a complaint with Kroger corporate office and will be filing an ADA complaint if the issue has not been corrected.

The food is average, nothing great about it but not bad. It's comparable to Vons. I find most of the service people to be ok to good, but nothing outstanding or great. I like their ads distributed into my mailbox every week. I wish it would be consistently Tuesdays, rather than sometimes Wednesdays. ONE BIG PROBLEM I HAVE WITH RALPHS - Discrimination against elderly people that do NOT have - or carry Smart Phones. WHY MAKE US GO THROUGH THE 'DIGITAL' PROCESS? THIS IS DISCRIMINATION AGAINST ELDERLY PEOPLE !!!!!!!!! It used to be phone number was sufficient to show that you are a customer, and enjoy some of the sales items. Now, we have to have a phone to buy some of the sales items via 'Digital' PLEASE GET RID OF THAT DIGITAL REQUIREMENT. As it is, we use Internet via our PCs, and don't really need the additional hassle and expense of Smart Phones. Thank You
