Took my mother here for lab work. Very rude female tech, acted like she was doing us a favor. Hesitant to answer questions, terrible mood, acted like she fell out of the wrong side of the bed. Then when you try to get results after setting up an account on line they say they are having tech/maintenance issues for a few weeks (huh/what???). But rest assured the recording says they'll send results to the doctor. If you call their office you can't get a live person rather a loop and recommendation to call your doctor. If you have rude or no employees to help, you should at least be able to access results on line / website. Will never use them again for my mother or myself. Now I know why everyone keeps saying they hate Quest.

Got my blood drawn yesterday & had the pleasure of dealing with Sophie. What a sweetheart! She made it fun. Well as fun as getting needles stuck in your arm can be. LOL! We laughed together the whole time. Hope I get her again next time.

They did not have my scheduled appointment but I didn’t have to wait too long. The technician was great with the blood.draw. Hardly felt a thing!

Great care once you get your name called.One thing if possible is to bring in another Kiosk stand for people to show that they have arrived.Their is only one Kiosk stand and 5 people were waiting and there is quiet a few questions, even though I gave all my information prior to my appointment on their Quest website!Otherwise, everything went smoothly!

This place is a joke! It was a rainy day and my usual Quest place was closed so I thought I'd try this place next to my house. No one is at the desk. You check in with a kiosk. I was fasting so I had a question about how long the wait would be. Once I used the kiosk it assigned me a time5 hours later. I tried to cancel that because again I was fasting and there is no way to do. So I tried to call to cancel and I was transferred to the national number and that message told me to go online.

THIS PLACE is really a NOGOThe walk in option is really a joke and fake. They give out appointments every 10mins and everyone shows up. Their walk-jn option is to wait for ever and go home. There is no time slot between two patients with appointments for them to accept a walk in and the staffs are very rude.Also it takes them for EVER to prepare your test result.

At the Newbury Park branch on Newberry Road, the last four or five times I've been in there they've lost between one and five tests. I saw them take the blood I verified the test they were taking and yet my doctor's office never received it. All in all you're really not worth it. I feel compelled to share my experience at this Quest location to balance the negative reviews. Made an appointment online (provided insurance information at the same time) and received email and text confirmation. Tapped a link I was provided on my phone when I arrived, and was called in at exactly my appointment time. My doctor's order was already in their system. Technician was very professional, and I was out in five minutes. Overall could not have been smoother. I've been to this location several times over the years and it's always been smooth. Definitely make an appointment, though, and be sure you've received confirmation of the appointment.

The worst place ever,staff are so rude,I wait for more than an hour and who ever came after me they called them except me and after all I couldn’t done my blood test .that’s the second time this happen to me so be aware of this place.

Trained monkeys could do a better job. Multiple women in the back just standing around talking when their behind on "appointments" and there is half a dozen people sitting around waiting. Not to mention their just bad at drawing blood. Left a huge bruise. One of the most painful blood draws I've ever had. Topped off by having to sit and wait for over 30mins while they saw one patient at a time despite multiple people "working". I will never use this place again. And will be submitting a complaint to the corporate office as well.

I've had bad experiences with other locations (T.O.) so I tried this new spot because my Dr. required me to. I made an appointment online and the website worked great. I showed up at my appointment, checked in at the kiosk, jumped to the front of the line (saw my name in the queue) and was helped by a nice professional who was very sweet and knew her business. Then I was out five minutes later. I even paid her by CC as I was sitting there in the same office they drew blood in. 7 mins max. I'll go there again for sure. Thank you!

Just the absolute worst. Appointments you make on the phone mysteriously go missing, trying to sign in as a walk in just quietly fails without alerting you that it failed and when you ask anyone for help they insatiably say give me just a few minutes and then disappear. Two different team members said give me just a few minutes and neither of them spoke to me again for over an hour. If you can go anywhere else don't go to quest

Went for a blood draw with a lot of anxiety but Brianna made the process so easy and painless. She really is a gem. I won't go anywhere else now.
