20 year old hit a nerve in my arm while drawing blood causing me to have massive pain. I am still in pain an hour later. Looked it up online and yup a blood draw if done incorrectly can cause this.

my opinion is from observation is this new generation of 20 year olds have too many mental Disabilities and learning disabilities to be working on the public. It was obvious to me this is the case in this situation. Because of how she was behaving before the procedure.
I will never return to this center again and I suggest you don’t either .

Quick and easy, and the phlebotomist was obviously expert. She drew, like 12 vials! And it took less than one minute, with me barely feeling the changeovers as they occurred.

Being up in years my veins often prove a problem for phlebotomists. This was the case on my most recent visit but Sharda was up to the challenge with skill and good humor. She was terrific.

Very efficient, clean and professional. The nurse was awesome. This is the second time she drew blood and I did not feel the stick. She also alerted me to a possible insurance coverage issue and provided the contact information.

I can only use my left arm because of lymph nodes being taken out of my right and the lady really hurt my only vein I can use. This has not happened before

Sharda was the best. My doctor sent lots of orders. That means lots of blood. She was great. Hardly hurt at all. She was happy and up beat the whole time. I really like her.

Quest is truly the best. If you make an online appointment, you will get seen with literally no waiting time and be out right away. At Quest on Rolling Oaks in Thousand Oaks, Sharda, the technician who took my blood, was actually caring compassionate. She was also funny and that made getting a shot not so terrible. Thank you!
