Barry Melinda and the staff are amazing they really care and take time to get to know the clients they serve. Our business and personal finances are handled by Barry and his team and boy I don't trust anyone else but them! They are the hands down best at the job and they show they care. They are personable and show compassion and understanding and help you with what you need. And the value of service is beyond great Don't look anywhere else but Barry and Premier Tax great and amazing people We love ya guys!

NEVER again go to this place to do my taxes. (Manuel) the person who help me with my taxes this year 2022 was the worst. I wasn't happy at all. He was very unprofessional. I am very disappoint with this place. If you ever plan to do your taxes don't go here not recommend at all !!!!

Great team! Barry is the best CPA. He is also a good advisor. Barry took the time to explain how to read my taxes as well. He always addresses all questions and concerns. Love his dog and his support in dog charities.

Premier Tax has helped us file our personal taxes the last couple of years. Premier Tax really makes it easy to upload all documents and they're super fast. They use a portal that you sign into to upload all documents. And you can access that portal to e-sign everything and access past tax filings and tax documents. I usually start uploading documents as soon as we have both W2s, and once I upload the last tax statement I receive (that I know of), they are about done with everything. I've communicated mostly with Melinda, their lead tax administrator. She keeps me updated via text and is always quick to answer my questions, even when it's not tax season. It's been a smooth process with them, with excellent customer service and a favorable tax return outcome. I highly recommend them for your personal tax filing needs!

Horrible experience. I was promised my taxes would be filed in time. They weren't, so an extension was given. It turns out the primary person who does the taxes doesn't even live in California. I felt like I was never a priority. When I was meeting with the tax person they weren't even taking notes. After the following was done, they asked for information that I provided several times (including the time they weren't taking notes). I was promised a certain fee that they were going to charge me. When I got my bill it was $300 higher. And now because of the lack of communication, I found out that even if you get an extension on your filing, you still have to pay the government interest from April. Horrible communication. Main person never returns calls. I'm being nice by giving 1-star.

Free Consultation was extremely helpful and much appreciated. I spoke directly with the owner and he answered all of my questions in great detail. Don't need to look elsewhere, this is our best neighborhood Tax Experts!

We will not be filing with Barry and his team this year. While they've done great for us in the past last year was a train wreck. I understand Covid was rough for businesses but I don't think that's what happened here. We did our taxes, filed, and paid. Then months later we got a letter from the IRS that we needed to pay more money than Barry and his team told us we did. It wasn't much, maybe a couple hundred dollars so we decided to chalk it up to a miscalculation. I was then billed their hourly rate to send a letter correcting the over site though I wasn't informed of that until after. As no one said anything about us being charged to correct the error (though no one took fault) we agreed to split the difference and meet in the middle on the fee. Then months down the line again we received yet another letter stating we owed additional money... again. At this point I became more direct in my irritation and disappointment but was told there was nothing they could do. I demanded that they help me get it completed, correctly this time, and that we wouldn't be paying anything. Now we are filing our taxes ourselves this year and what do I discover. The AGI we were provided by Barry and his team is wrong. Luckily I was able to log into the IRS site and find the right number.

I can't tell you what a phenomenal experience I had! Al is a genius (and his associate, was amazing as well.) I was coming off a TERRIBLE experience with a tax preparer - Al couldn't have been nicer, or smarter when it came to handling my return. What a breath of fresh air! I'm never going to anyone else. Al is incredibly kind and communicative and very transparent - and he knows his stuff. Couldn't be happier, and I'm excited for another stress free tax season next year.

Called premier tax and worked with Barry who took the time to look up and answer all of my questions related to an inherited Ira. Barry, kept me well informed of the tax laws that have recently changed during the implementation of the Secure ACT and provided the necessary guidance I needed to make an informed decision.
