Complete scam of a business. Sent their minions to our house to ask if we needed a new roof, since we are doing construction I showed them we need one soon and I would love another quote. They would not come out to quote the roof without all "titleholder for the property being present". I'm assuming they aren't interested in the roofing job at all, but just trying to peddle bad deals on solar panels. So many good companies in the area, avoid these guys like the plague, or like 2020 Covid.

Forget about the negative reviews you see, there are still some legit managers. I have tried so many managers and I got scammed until I met Mrs Eliana Russel , she's 100% legit and reliable. I just made my 3rd withdrawal all by myself without any extra charges. This time I invested $2500 and profited $26,320.

We loved pretty much every aspect of working with Premier Renovations. They are basically a boutique service provider. They hold your hand every step of the way but are sure to have all the decision makers present from the beginning of the process. This is actually how I run my business, so I loved it. They replaced our windows, front door, repaired tons of exterior stucco and sanded and did a bit of woodwork to get our house trim straight before applying the primer and paint. We are over the moon that they came to our door and helped turn our house (that had been a rental for 45 years) into a house we can be proud of. We can hardly wait until it's time to call them for the next project we need done. They were a pleasure to work with and really did clean up after themselves each day they came to work on our exterior. Highly recommended for clients who want to be involved with the process and get the work done professionally.

I am still awating proper follow through with what I was told and the help that was offered!!!!!! I am still waiting for any reality to come to foration.

Our project included full kitchen remodel and full master bathroom. It ended up being a great decision hiring Premier Renovations and it was all worth it. They were fair, honest, drama free and has great eye for details!

I guess to two checks written on 11/25 and 12/1 for $2890.00 and $6570.00 are fake. Plus this Roofing Agreement is a fake.

Updated review ***Beware of fake/paid reviews especially when this is the only business reviewed...by that "person" it's a fake person/profile/review or an employee. Do your due diligence and really look into ethical practices before doing business. Taking my 5 star rating back from May 2020. Zero stars for lack of integrity!

My house was built in 1970. It was in dire need of exterior repair and paint. Premier Renovations was the answer. Their products and crew gave me a brand new house. They even worked a deal for me so I could afford brand new energy efficient windows. I am so very happy with the results.

In rebuttal to Craig C.'s response to my review: It should be noted that Craig C. is full of Sh**. I don't know who it is that he THINKS I am, but I can assure him, and anyone that reads my review, that I do not own ANY construction company - not Goodwill Construction nor one by any other name. I'm in the entertainment industry and have been for 40 years. If Craig had really done his homework, he would see that I actually gave an unfavorable review to Goodwill Construction in February of this year. Interesting tactic to attempt to neutralize a bad review by lying to discredit the reviewer. And it only took him a year to come up with a shady response. Nice try, but my review stands and now Craig C. has proven himself to be even more unscrupulous than he first appeared. A better approach would have been to address the questionable business practices I pointed out in my review - which I still stand by. As I said a year ago. There are far better choices than Premier Renovations.

Familiar story as you have read below: knock on my door by a guy. They were already working on a house in my neighborhood. We do need a new roof so I said OK to an estimate. He calls and I confirm the appointment. One issue makes me think twice: my husband has to be with me in order for them to give out a free estimate. The appointment is scheduled for 10am the next day. They are late so I check my phone at 10:20am. Apparently the scheduler (Elizabeth) called and I didn't see it. She "had a few questions she needed to ask me." When I called her back, she said that first the appointment had been changed to 5:30. Thanks for letting me know. Second she insisted that my husband had to be present. I said, "wow, your company sounds pretty sexist". She says that the owner has been in business 30 years and likes to do business this way. Business 30 years ago was pretty darn sexist. She says that they don't like to have to come back out if one spouse makes a decision and the other doesn't like it and they have various pricing and have to explain it all again. Yada, yada. (No third yada.) I said my husband was there and that we were both waiting for Premier Renovations to arrive. I also said that my husband thinks that I am capable of making decisions and that he was thinking that I was pretty unhappy with Premier Renovations right now. I mentioned that he was so confident in my making decisions that I had met with a solar company just the day before and had actually signed a contract. All by myself. True story. I mentioned that I had actually not done my research and wondered that if I did what I would find. I mentioned that I could say how horrible this company was and that I did not even have them do any work for me. I was met with silence. How right I am! They have false reviews. How crappy is that? Trust your instincts. Look at real customer reviews.

I don't know who the heck these guys think they are but they are constantly spam calling after being explicitly told not to to. The nerve and audacity of this company is mind blowing. We will be writing a review on BBB as well. COMPLETE LACK OF INTEGRITY. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Just don't They came and offered an appointment for a quote. Then they cancelled the appointment when they found out my husband wouldn't be there. After rescheduling, they didn't show up. They called and apologized and rescheduled. They then came and measured and still refused to give me a quote without my husband because they didn't want to "play telephone." I'm the homeowner and and funding the project myself; my husband has nothing to do with it. Do they want to call my dad too?

I wish I'd read these reviews prior to hiring Premier to replace my windows...it's like everything that happened to every other one-star rating has happened to me! I was approached by a rep for Premier that came to my door, and like the others say, he seemed genuine enough. "Doing some work in the neighborhood" and "wonder if I'd like a complementary estimate to have my windows replaced". I took the bite, figuring why not, he seemed nice enough. He turned me over to his boss, "the appointment setter", by phone. He scheduled my appointment estimate. It took two tries to get an estimate. The first time, no one showed up. I called to ask what happened and they apologized, they had gotten behind. When the rep finally showed up for an estimate, he gave me estimates for two types of windows. One was very high quality with a lifetime guarantee, the other was "not as good but it would last several years." I said I preferred to stick with the higher quality window. The very next day he called back and informed me of a great promotion they were offering, and if I took the lower quality window, I could afford to replace all of the windows, not just four. I asked why I would settle for a lesser quality after he had just the day before spent an hour praising the value of the higher quality windows. He had no answer and I stuck with my four windows. I was called after a few weeks and informed my windows were ready to be installed. We selected a date. They did not show up on that date and called to reschedule. When they finally showed up the first thing the installers asked was "habla Español?" I speak some Spanish, but they spoke no English, so any questions were useless as far as the installation process and window care. I would think that a "AAA rating and Angie's List approved" would have at least one bilingual installer on their team. The frame on one of my windows was dented, so I called and asked to have it fixed. "We'll have someone out right away to take a look and fix it." A week later, no one had been out to inspect the window. I called again. They again scheduled "someone" to come and take a look. Again, when he arrived, he spoke no English, so communication was fruitless. His "fix" so-so, but rather than calling Premier again, I opted to live with the dent. Come the first rain of this season, two of my four the windows leaked. Not a drop, not a trickle, but a full-on leak. Water was pooled along the bottom of two of my windows. I called Premier and was sent to a voicemail box that was full. I looked up the phone number of the original rep that first visited my home and he assured me he would call in my faulty windows immediately. Two weeks later, no one had called me. I called Premier again, this time was able to reach a rep and was told he would call an inspector and get me scheduled immediately. Two weeks went by, no one had shown up. I called again, left a message, no one called me back. Basically it was back and forth, same deal two more times. After six weeks, I was able to reach "the scheduler" and was scheduled for a rep this afternoon. The rep did not show, I called and I was sent right to voice mail. Even a one-star rating is far too good for these guys. One final note: be wary of any company that says on every call "I want to assure you this is not how we expect our customers to be treated". I have yet to see them make any effort to treat me any differently.

Knocked on my door despite having a sign to not knock on the door because I have a little one sleeping. The guy was nice though and I did need to get an estimate for roof repairs for my insurance, so I talked to him to make sure they would work with my insurance and scheduled one. They ended up coming for an estimate but said they couldn't give me an actual estimate for me to send to my insurance. They were pushing for me to sign then for a discount from $30k to $24k for a new roof (The other bid I had was for repairs only but was for $1k, which in all fairness I don't think is accurate), but couldn't give me an actual estimate to submit to insurance. This makes me think their pricing probably isn't reasonable if they can't give you an actual written estimate. All they gave me was a "Investment Review" that was handwritten and said I couldn't keep it, I could only take a picture of it. They also made me sit through a long presentation about how great their work and the materials they use are even though I told the estimator I didn't really care and just wanted to repair it. The kid who did the estimate was very nice, but they lied about being willing to give me an estimate to work with my insurance, which now set me back weeks in getting my roof repaired because everyone is booked out due to the storm that damaged my roof also damaging many other roofs in the area. The estimator at the end told me that they only do full roof replacements, and that was why he couldn't give me an estimate for my insurance company. I would recommend more training and transparency or honesty, not sure where the problem lies since I was clear before booking the estimate what I needed and why. Left me disappointed and wouldn't recommend working with this company. Maybe their actual work is great, but hard to say when they make it difficult to work with them. They also might just be slammed because there are so many roofs that need repair, but again, this doesn't excuse either misleading or at best wasting the time of customers.
